depends are you after clean ones or more ecchi based ones?? there are quite alot out there just some are ecchi (some bra or panty shots normally) so its hard finding the clean joke ones :/

The series takes place on the continent of Alecrast on the planet Forsela, and is related to the novel, anime, and manga series Sword World. It is a sibling series to Record of Lodoss War(which is also directed by Mizuno), taking place on a continent north of Lodoss Island.Very comical. The dude here is a magician. The way he "grows" along as the story progresses is ... heart-warming some what. :D We kept laughing at the jokes. >< It's not so bad actually. If you're into something fun and casual ( a few episodes: 24-25), try this one out. :D It's only 20+ episodes but the humor...xD It's very hmm, humorous for me. :P I'm known to laugh at trivial things but who knows? :D This one could be for you. :P

DearS is cool. It's rather funny. One Piece has occasionally totally LoL stuff, but has "serious" fighting scenes too. Elven Laid has comedy parts too, mostly not (I just LOVE this 13episode series. Have seen it over and over like 5 times.)

Elven Laid = Elfen Lied? O_o It sounds..similar. >< I was trying to modify my post but I end up with errors. I wanted to add this: 1. Ouran High School Club Alot of people I know says it's funny funny funny. >_> I haven't touched it yet but if what they're saying is true, go watch it. :P Oh and yeah, what Darcius said. There's a distinct line between comedic anime out there. Ones with harems (girls and more girls) and those that are just plain funny (I.E. One Piece). You'll have a lot more suggestions coming your way. xD I can feel the anime fanactics. ><

ichigo 100%, azumanga daioh<--- very very funny, one of my favioute hehe, gensuken i think its the same, quite funny but then has some serious stuff in there too ahh i seen so many that i forgot all of them, i will add when i think of something

i wouldnt mind ecchi comedy animes, i think ecchi comedy is one of the best things out of an anime, since most of the stuff they do is not even possible even with the help of competer generated graphic, i mean with action and fantasy computer can easily do the job in making a dragon etc, but those expressions in anime its priceless if anyone have ecchi anime bring them on! ^^

Elven Laid =/= Elfen Lied. The Former is a hentai, the latter is a horror/comedy/supernatural. I'll have to second Rune Soldier and throw in Gokudo and Tenshi na Konamaiki, as well as Kateikyoshi Hitman Reborn. Right now I'm watching Mahoujin GuruGuru, which is like an RPG, but in anime. One that's supposed to come out this Spring in Japan, called Seto no Hanayome, is also a comedy, and if it's anything like the manga, it'll be funnier than School Rumble :O Mermaid + Mob Boss Father + Hermit Crab Assassin + Shark = >_<'

There's alot Full Metal Panic Fumoffu [very funny]  FLCL (Fooly Cooly) Azumanga Daioh is also funny Chobits and many more, I just can't remember the others
