cube 2, and secondlife. they are the only 2 that come to mind, although, i admit that i would like to see more than these two, and also, raidomees if your just goint to post "yes." as a response dont post at all.

Yeah. In Atlantica Online you can build items and if you are lucky enough you can craft an instant item with upgrade!

Also in Atlantica , you can customize the towns that you are occupying and manage the buildings (hospital, training center, travel agency etc.) and assign tax there too

Depending on the MMO, there will always be stuff you can build though it depends on the game. In Fiesta Online, you can craft items to make your equipment more enhanced. In Ether Saga Online, you can craft your armor and whatnot. Just a few examples :)

you're like asking if a forest has trees haha. anyway, almost all MMORPGs have crafting nowadays. some examples would be, WoW, Lineage 2, Atlantica Online, Luminary, NosTale, Fallen Earth.
