which do you think is the most popular mmo this year?
the list here are all good enough to be nominated POPULAR MMOG. but what do you think of them , pretty cool or get get bored of it ?

I think Aion was one of the top MMOs this year. I just love the graphics of the game and the gameplay of it. I like almost everything about it!

From the list I would pick Perfect World for the best because it is F2P and pretty fun.

I perfer the Atlantica I just play that much and I think it's great

Atlantica all the way. It seems to be the only mmorpg that can keep me playing, at least longer than any other. I'm already over level 60, it's almost near my level record in any mmorpg.

I'd say Runes of Magic, since it's free and seem to be played out nice!

Some people might not know what kind of game Aion, Runes of Magic or Atlantica are. Example: i my self didnt know of these games, before reading about them on this site, and i am a gamer. And so, many people might not know also. Its only logical, because the free games have almost no publicity at all, except the net ofcourse. The publicity of Age of Conan far exceeded any free mmo that is in that list(Except one). It appeared in gaming magazines, on TV shows, etc. And i won't even begin to talk about the publicity of WoW: Wrath of the Lich King.

The fact is that, from all these mmo's in that list, only Age of Conan & WoW: Wrath of the Lich King has received enough publicity, in many parts of the world, to put in the shadows many free mmo's. For the simple reason that free mmo's have barely any publicity, not to mention the fact that WoW & AoC are based on a huge universe and story:

---Warcraft, 1,2 and 3 anyone?

---The Conan books & movies.

And from these 2, its hard to make my mind. Well, lets say WoW. I loved Warcraft3, and it has recieved incredible hype.

I vote WoW: Wrath of the Lich King, especially after playing Aion.cn. I found Aion only get nice graphic, and the gameplay in Aion is sucks. also the classes balance. They dont want to spend any of their time on Classes Balance. Some of classes can easy to kill u within 30 sec. and which is even worse that u can hardly hit him/her.

lols, I vote Wow too. This mmo still stand on the top of MMO market. Just guess is there any game will defeat it in 2009.

well, i go for perfect world since thats the only game i seriously play/played on that list :P plus its F2P and kool xD
