I'd say, Starcraft maybe? If we're talking MMORPGs then probably a game that's only available in the states, they don't seem to be as arrogant as everyone else.

Pay to Play: Dark Ages: The community is always friendly and willing to help out(at least when I played). This may partly be due to the huge amount of role players that join in and develop their own character and it's "personality".


Free to play: Puzzle Pirates: For the most part, the veterans of the game are rather nice. As you dive in you will find a more well mannered and mature community.
