Do you hate when some ppl use world/broadcast chat channel to chat about there own personal stuff.. that has no business being in that chat channel? >.<
its one of the most annoying things i notice when playing a MMO.. dont they know there is whispers or just leave MSN/Yahoo/AIM open if your PC is fast!

Yes, this annoys me too. Especially when it involves there own personal lives and has nothing to do with the game itself.

Yes and No. Yes : the game dev put in the PM function for a reason No : Some players are underage kids who doesn't quite understand the game GUI or game slash commands. Like my niece, he doesn't quite understand English. So, it's okay I guess. But I voted 'yes' btw. Spam FTL.

I'll get enough to make a smart remark and let them know "I hear you!"  Unless it is just someone looking for attention, they typically just shut up. It's a crash course in chat commands!

Yes this kinda annoys me but if you have to pay to broadcast those things (maplestory) then I guess its their own money.

What I hate the most is when they use the shout to advertise sites. Anyways, they are known to be in almost all MMOs.

I don't really pay attention to the chats, and sometimes I even turn them off. Although I do enjoy when someone gets made fun of, on those.

i would say it doesnt annoy me at any way chat is for that well in a way so yeah its not that nice when you think about other people but in a way its alright and as Magdalene08 said its usually some uderage kids who dont know what is a whisper and a chat channel so i would sugget either to ignore there stupid chat or try to make them to shut up

U can always ignore them but sometimes (depends on the subject) the conversation leads to something funny and maybe it will put a smille on ur face whille ur grinding or w/e.
