There's one thing I need to defecate that: Jane, the beautiful girl in the topic, is our MMOsite staff. That's truth. U havent meet her, coz she is a new member in our MMOsite Office.. She focus on a new secret operation in MMOsite. And she is playing WOW with me now..

Today, an MMOsite editor - Jane, a girl from Malaysia, filed an application for divorce with the court in order to end her less-than-one-year marriage.

This editor is an addict of World of Warcraft and she often sits before the computer playing WoW for five or six consecutive hours, which is intolerable to her husband who is not a game player. But as you know, usually a 25-player raid demands great concentration from each team member. A minor error could result in the whole team' s corpse retrieval. The couple quarreled frequently. The husband protested that the editor ignored him and the editor argued that it' s normal for a game player to do so and her husband should understand her.

One day, the editor completed a raid where the legendary sword Warglaive of Azzinoth dropped. But just before she got the weapon, her husband who had been waiting for her to have dinner for three hours shut down the computer. When she entered WoW again, the raid leader had assigned the weapon to another rogue. In a rage, the editor decided to divorce with her husband.

And at the same time, the editor asked me to make an announcement for her on MMOsite Forum that she hopes to find a boyfriend who can understand her and preferably a WoW player through MMOsite Forum.

Wow, that is just a new view on life. Sure I agree a good game should have a sit down, but damn. A divorce. Not unheard of, but still an odd note to hear about. WoW was an okay fix for a time, just not my game though.

Wow... this is just sad. I was in the same situation before, my girlfriend wanted to spend time with me and I was to indulged in gaming to even notice her new hairstyle. After a big fight I decided I had a issue and changed my ways. After all you can't be doing those things along with having a regular life like children, work, bills and many other things that beckon you back to life.

If you ask me the husband was right to do that to her and instead of her being stubborn about it she should have worked a compromise with him. I mean for godsakes you married the guy out of love I assume and you rather choose a virtual world that will eventaully amount to nothing in 2-3 years when new games arrive 10x better and 10x less hard work needed.

She is a very pretty woman but I don't like her attitude towards things and how she reacted. It could have been settled in a more mature manner... I know like 500 people will attack me about saying this, but you will realize once your at my age that there are other things more important then getting that special dagger in WoW over a person who cares enough about you and wants to spend every waking moment with you.... I used to think MMOGamers didn't have problems and that all the news and interviews about us were just jokes that people don't understand but there has been a lot of things that opened my eyes.

I play about 2-3 hours a day which is more then enough time for me to do what I wish in the games and hang out with my fiance.

Finding a person who does the same as her won't fix her problems.

The girl *IS* very attractive however. But I seriously doubt the validity of the story. Cause what STRAIGHT guy would divorce that? Game Player or not. I'd suspect sooner he was batting for the OTHER team in any other case.
