just few years ago, every month there are only 2 to 3 fresh MMORPG for us. however, till nowadays, when you open ur internet, you will see 20--30 attracted MMORPG come into the market on the month, with plenty of amazing nice adverts by its screen shot...
to our mmositer, the decision is getting harder for selecting a most suitable GAME, do you all agree so?

This seems to be a normal occurance with any succesful product. If something is working and making a lot of money, people will get into the business and try to take a cut of those profits. So the fact that you see 20-30 new MMORPgs as opposed to 2-3, just means that this is a very healthy and viable market. I would take it a s a good sign.

Besides choice is a good thing. Imagine if there were NO other MMORPgs, except one (WoW). Wouldnt be much fun

It's really bad in my opinion that there are so many new games. I mean it's really good that there is such a big choice of games but since they're pretty much the same then you just might not find the good ones because there's so much advertisement and stuff. Also, the big choice actually makes me lose the right feeling... I mean, there's so many games that I keep changing my games, I can't stay with one and then I only play games for the first 5-10 hours.

i think its a good thing, had it not been for the countless WoW clones being released mmo's would hav moved on very little , now u see more innovative stuff coming out like AoC, WAR, GW2 etc so now played hav more different types of mmo to choose from

I agree with Torrential...20-30 MMO's is a very good sign. Also, kadenza has a good point too, other companies will innovate new types of games that are MMO's. I guess it would only be a bad thing if you didn't like MMO's at all, because companies are shifting their focus to these types of games. This will have an impact on the other non-MMO type games being released.

Yep. Toom many new games come out. And all of them look the same.
They only change the graphics then push out it to be a new game. That's too bad. And too many new games make us hard to select one to play with

maybe... more choices could be a good thing once people could use game for relaxing.
To stick on one game will make you tired...

It is a good thing sometimes since there are so many to choose from, but it makes some game communities smaller. I wish there was a game that had all the features people wanted lol - so does everyone :P.

well the only pro i can think of is that it gives players more selectioons to choose from, but as you can see, a lot of games are just copies of others lately. 2008 tho looks like a good year.

Doesn't matter, because in the end they're all the same. Hardly ever does anything change except armors and items, sometimes skill. Other then that it's grind, grind, grind, then you can pvp/PK, make a guild, get a mount, etc.

yea I guess there is too much grind, but keep in mind it's mmoRPG, companies want it to be like an RPG... though I think by now it should've evolved >.>

Companies need to leane towards adventure online games--if a company made a game with the gameplay style of say Zelda, I'd pay for it.

Hehe I love the choice of games tbh I download play a little and delete most of them for loads of random reasons. But you get very sick of WOW copies, I personally don't like WOW so that the main reason. But whenever you mention that you like online gaming most people think of WOW
