Well, that all depends on what you like. What one person suggests, may not be something you turn out to be too fond of.
I'm not big of FTP games, but I have tried all of those for a small amount of time and if I had to direct you somewhere, it would probably be Rappelz.

Personally I have always prefered FlyFF but there are a lot of people who like Rappelz better. Which one you should try out depends on your preferences. Flyff is cute, while Rappelz has more mature graphics. Both of them are heavy grinder, so don't expect anything else ;)
I have played the other two aswell but couldn't stand either so I can't say I can recommend them to you.
