Do u feel uncomfortable or dislike massive foreign players entering you game?(the second time MMOsite news feature event)

As we know that many game server banned foreign country's IP. As 2moons, sof, RO2 in Korean, etc.

What's ur opinion about this?

Yes & no, yes bc theres more players on & no if they can't/don't speak english

Likes: there are loads of nice people u can meet.
Dislikes: Not being able to understand them.

I really enjoy playing with foreigners on MMO's, but I find it annoying when they use the shout function or use voice chat even though they are playing on an English server. Majority of the time I will ignore them as they will group together to play or create guilds/clans, but eventually I'd end up making friends with one of them. Its fun to learn about other cultures or pick up bits of another language.

2: The reason for ur like/dislike the foreign players?
The only reason I dislike foreign players speaking on shout/voice chat on a game that uses English as its official language is that even if they do have a small community, majority of the players will not be able to understand and will find that it is very annoying. I myself do find it annoying when my chat window is bombarded by multiple foreign messages. It is worse when it is voiced as you will constantly hear people arguing in a different language.

Even though I say that, I do have to say that I am all for the idea of multiculturalism in MMO's as like I wrote earlier, it helps broaden our horizons on cultures. I find that it is great fun to try to figure out what foreign players are talking about (if I am friends with at least one of them). Usually they will laugh because it will be completely incorrect and then they will start using my name in their sentences to tease me. It's all fun fun!

Of cause I will welcome them. Although some may be irrating, but i guess there are many friendly ones too!

Well, I don't really care much about it. If they are annoying, then no, but people from my country can be annoying too. I like have more people sometimes though. Unless they create lag or something, then I hate them.

I like: Having more people.

I don't like: A lot of talk in languages I can't understand especially if they use the microphone, like I have experienced in CS/CS:S and I really hate lag, about which I'm not too sure if foreigners affect it, but if they do then I hate it.

I think its good to have foreigners in a mmorpg. I'm probably saying that cause i'm a foreigner myself but I dont think its fair for english mmorpgs to block out foreign players without reasons that are fixable. Many times the mmorpgs are there because of foreigners.

I do not mind foreign players as long as they follow the rules of the server and atleast try to speak the language of the server (mainly English).

As long as they follow the rules and speak the language that the server is, then I like them since they do not bother me but if I have to find ways to understand them instead of them trying to speak English then I do not like that.

Yes! I like when things are open to everyone. It just seems more.. friendly that way.

Having people from all parts of the world = cool.

. . . im not affected by the foreign players. . i am enjoying playing the games even with or without their presence. . lol

It's cool, I don't think there is any problem with that. People should be able to play the game as their preferences. Most of the time foreign players been banned is based on the licensing of the game anywayz. I do think this is unfair since most of the time it involves me :p I am currently in China due to employment commitments but I can read limited chinese and no china ID, how am I suppose to play game for the region??

The only problem I see is the language, if you pt with someone who can't understand you... that can cause problem sometimes but besides that it is all GOOD! Happy to have fun with all~

R:In my experiences in online games i say that there is always bad and good gamers all over..we cant divide them by nations. I can find a player that can be a really jerk that belongs to my country and find a wonderfull player that just want to have fun from a 4000km distance country. This is very subjective question.

R:I dont like our dislike foreign players becouse they are like another player..in a pixel world you cant pike up the accent or the color..we are all blue and yellow with pink hair lol.

Yah! its a good opportunity for us to meet new people not only within my own country but also outside the country! And i think its not nice for a game that limits the player's rights to play a game that they really love! Also iots an opportunity to have friends outside the country which will make the game more exciting and enjoyable!

Like: more people to meet and more people to be a friend!

Dislike: some people cant speak our language or at least can communicate using english words!

I believe I really like foriegn players, expecially english speaking ones, because it feels great to learn that your making a friend who lives around the world.. maybe it's just me but I feel its great to learn about other cultures like this and it's waay better than going on chats and talking :P. This way everyone feels at home.

1. Meh it doesnt bother me until im killing sum1 and then sum1 steals my kill (if its pvp i try and kill em and i get the amazing come back wak po [please dont]) or if they loot all my stuff when im hunting.. then we got a problem but other than that its ok because i play foreign games sometimes so i know how they feel not knowing anything about the game.. but Still, i dont steal stuff on there games.

2. im pretty sure the first 1 answered numb 2 but meh ill put it in easy terms.
Yes, because they have the right to play games too so meh it dont bother me.
No, becuase alot of em dont speak english and dont know not to steal kills and items of other players.
