Im confused when are the beta keys valid because I seem to be failing at activating.

Betas keys have been valid since they have been released. Closed Beta is on or near 15th July.

Closed Beta has been officially announced to begin on July 15, the exact time has to to be set.

If you are having trouble with you activation code please check this post to make sure you are correctly activating your key.

I madfe this mistake with Elf Online (it was early) the key is active but won't work until July 15 so you can't play till July 15.
