"Hi Dragonians,
Those of you who have received your accounts via Private Message, congrats!
It should look like this:
dgnxxx yyyyyy
This is NOT the Closed-Beta Test code that you have to enter on the Registration Page. This is an account and password for logging into the Dragonica Alpha server this weekend (14-15 June from Noon Singapore-time GMT +8 all the way through Sunday, and ending on Monday midnight).
1. Please go to mmosite.com for your Dragonica alpha client. After you sign up on the site, you will be able to download it onto your computers.
2. Unpack the folder with winrar 3.62 or equivalent (available on many free download sites like Cnet.com)
3. Run the .exe file. If you have any issues with Vista, please check Kittiez's post in the Technical Discussions section of the forum, or check if you system specifications can support Dragonica:
Minimum Recommended
Operating System Windows 2000 Windows XP
Processor 1.0 GHz 2.4 GHz or higher
Memory 512 MB 512 MB or greater
Graphics card GeForce 2 MX 400 Geforce 4 or higher
4. If everything is working fine, congrats! Wait for Sat, 12 noon Singapore time, to log in when your Alpha accounts are activated.
Some issues to note for Alpha:
1. This is not the eventual CBT client, so several issues/bugs are unresolved. These will not be present in the CBT client you get for July.
(Examples include text wrapping, lack of Thief class drops, quest text not fully proofread and localized so certain names, map areas, monsters and items may not match.)
2. This is a 2-day showcase and we're concerned about not leaking too many spoilers for the actual Beta Test, so the job-promotion quests will not be available. Please understand our need for content-regulation as an important key to ensuring your eventual gaming experience is optimized!"
