Thanks, but on the site it says in the inquiry put your IGN, if all the characters got wiped how could you have an in game account?

Just push it in. You have to give <your ID there.. so your email adress and your IGN. I think you should put in one which you'll take in OB. Ahh and remember. 1 package per account.
