Dear players,

we would like to inform you that we just opened the servers for the Open Beta of Florensia. Please note that due to the big number of users connecting to the servers, the patch process may take some time. We are sorry for the inconveniences and while we are aware of the fact that you are really excited to start your new characters, we recommend you to wait a little longer before connecting to the game if you experience problems.

If you all connect at the very moment when the servers are open, there will be quite some traffic load, so please don't be too confident about 10am CEST. We always said the OB will probably start at 10am CEST, but it's not guaranteed you'll be able to connect to the servers immediately.

Further information on the server status and the Open Beta will follow shortly.

Known bugs:

* Graphical bugs, such as missing textures, pink or black graphics will be gone when you restart the game
* In case an item disappears while trading, please relog and it should re-appear
* Gun sounds sometimes don't work
* In case you don't see portals leading out of the town, please restart the game
* If an NPC doesn't give you a quest, please relog as well (:
* We deactivated HackShield for now to avoid patching problems. Please start the game normally!
* New quests are currently not displayed as small golden scrolls on the map (M). We will fix this!
* Some people reported that quest texts are displayed as dots ("."). Please try to restart the client. We will take care of this.
* The weapon shop merchants currently don't sell many weapons. However, the monsters outside still drop quite a few of them - and we would also like to support in-game trading via the personal store system!
* As the major Balancing Updates are still in preparation, it is currently not possible to upgrade items. We are aware of this issue and will have it fixed as soon as possible!
