This guide was writen by offical forum GM VIOL****,I only did some edition.Hope this help.
So, you hit the Holic icon on your desktop and you get brought to our website. Then what?
- Sign into the website in the upper left hand corner of the screen. The fields are located right below a big beautiful FREE GAME START button. (I know you want to, but don't click that button before you sign in).
- Now, hit that big beautiful button. This should bring up the game launcher, it's blue and kind of... square-ish.
- In the bottom right hand corner of the launcher is a button identified as GAME START. This is your I.W.I.N. button.
Voila! You should now be on your character selection screen. (That is, after all of the screen loading).

Didn't work out quite like I outlined? Hmm. Moving on. . .
First I must ask, do you have a netgame account? You can get one at (http://www.netgame.com/account/new_account/index.php)
Did you sign in to the website before you hit the FREE GAME START button?
Was the account confirmed through email? Go to http://www.netgame.com/account/lost_account/index.php (If you don't get the email we unfortunately cannot send you the email again manually. This must be completed by you.)
All good with the above? Okay then. . .
To ensure the issue isn't due to display driver, computer spec, or gaming inferface issues, please take the following steps:
1) Make sure your computer is capable of running the Holic Software as intended. You can find the System Requirements
here2) Turn your firewall OFF.
3) Go to your Internet Options. Under trusted sites please input holic.netgame.com
::Now try and run the game again::
If this doesn't help...
4) Update your graphics driver. Here are some common ones for ATI (http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html), and NVIDIA(http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us)

5) Reinstall your game client.
Additionally, if you end up having to reinstall you must first remove the game. Here are some directions for that, just in case. ;)
For Windows XP in the default XP view
1. Click on the Windows "Start" button and click on the "Control Panel".
2. In the "Control Panel" window, double-click "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
3. When the "Add/Remove Programs" window has fully populated, locate the Holic software.
4. Click on the entry to select it, and then click the "Add/Remove" or "Change/Remove" button.
5. To finish the removal process, just follow the simple instructions in the wizard screen that comes up.
For Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, and XP in the classic view
1. Click on the Windows "Start" button, select "Settings", and then click on the "Control Panel".
2. In the "Control Panel" window, double-click "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
3. When the "Add/Remove Programs" window has fully populated, locate the Holic software.
4. Click on the entry to select it, and then click the "Add/Remove" or "Change/Remove" button.
5. To finish the removal process, just follow the simple instructions in the wizard screen that comes up.

Helpful Tips for Uninstallation/Installation:

- When the un-installation is completed please be sure that any files associated with the game have been completely removed from their originating directory (the directory which you initially installed the game to).
- If any issues occur when you attempt to install the game from the client try using a download manager. A download manager may be obtained by searching "Free Download Manager" on google.com.

Check Your Computer Specs
Before you start to play Holic, please check our minimum requirements to play this game in our GUIDE page. If your computer does not meet the requirements, you may experience graphical issues, lag, etc.
Another thing, don't forget to make sure your graphic card driver and DirectX are up to date. This is very important.
"The Connection is too Weak" Problem
This may be because our server is under maintenance or that your internet connection is not fast enough to play Holic. Also, you can check your Firewall and Internet Options and lower the security level.
Cannot Connect to Server After Being Disconnected
Sometimes one of our servers go under emergency maintenance, which causes players to be disconnected and they may find themselves unable to log back on. In these cases, we will make an announcement telling players what to do if they are stuck.
Email Confirmation
Please use Gmail when you register for an account at Netgame to make sure you receive a confirmation key. If you have already used another email, simply change to a new Gmail address and a new key will be sent to you. We apologize for this inconvenience.
How to Start the Game
When you click the Game Client to start playing Holic, it will send you to the Holic Website. You must log in and click the Free Game Start button on our Holic website to start the game.
Vista Problems
Please start the Holic Client by selecting "Run as Administrator."
