Have you uninstalled Mabinogi in the past?

If so, go to the Mabinogi install folder and delete everything, or install at a new location.

Look like it ran into corrupt file(s). Uninstall/delete main folder and re-install the game. Check your hard drive for error before re-installing. Good luck.
