I have some questions about the race : dark elf

1. Someone knows what i need to stay improving if i gonna be second wizard?

2. Do dark elfes start in shadow area or just whith green grass etc.?

3. if i dont use a skill i still deal whith magic attacks or i walk to the enemy and slash him whith my staff

2. I'm not exactly sure if I understood what you asked so sorry if I don't give you the answer you were looking for. All races do the tutorial mode in the same zone, after the tutorial each race will be teleported for a new zone. Dark Elves are teleported to "Ignis".


3. I played a DE in CB but honestly I don't remember about this one but I'd say you still deal magic attack (but not that damaging). Skills don't consume much mana so you can sorta abuse on skills, besides there's a skill that restores your mana.

I guess it just depends if you're more of a solo or party person. Personally I'd recommend the solo build because you might not be able to find a party all the time and even if you find some people don't know how to work in parties.

I leveled my DE using 3INT/1VIT and I did good damage and my HP wasn't that bad either. You could opt for this build also because I know it works and it's a build that is suitable for soloing or parties.

But then i need to be a warlock right?
but if it works well i just try that and maybe a warlock isnt that bad

I know that INT based DEs do more damage than WIS. That's why most people go with the INT built until lvl 50 and then use reskill in case they want to become a wizard. Other reason why people start with INT build is because a great majority of the skills require INT while only about 2 of them require WIS.

Once OB start you can try each build. It's extremely easy to lvl new chars to lvl 15 (took me 2 hours max if that much!) so you lvl each char to lvl 15 and then see which of the builds worked best.

i think i only try the INT build because it is boring to do the same thing again but it changes a little bit

but psyche is wisdom?
because if i look on the character builder i dont see any wisdom
and if i go for INT build.. dont i have then low mana? because INT doest upgrade my Mana

Well, when I was playing during CB I only lvled my char to lvl 23~25 so I can't say if there will be problems with mana points after that lvl but until lvl 25 you don't have problems with low mana at all. And if your mana bar is reaching 0 you can cast a skill that does a good damage to the monster and at same time it restore a portion of your mana (I just can't remember how much).

In any case, if you think your mana is a bit too low from time to time you can distribute the stats in a different way like, 2INT/1VIT/1PSY or 3INT/1PSY. You can even alternate these builds in each lvl.

Imagine once you get your first stat points you'll add 3INT/1VIT, next time 2INT/1VIT/1PSY and next time 3INT/1PSY and repeating same process. This mixed build will work good too because you'll have INT for damage, VIT for HP and PSY for your mana.
