On youtube runescape and WOW are always being compared to eachother as a great game but WOW is better. Why is this?

may it has a richer game story line and pvp system. im not sure

Runescape just has a great storyline (Quests are awesome) And i think the PvP system in runescape is the best out of any game. (If you have money and your not a noob)
People dont give runescape enough chance. I must admit runescape is so shit when your a noob but when u are good its just a good game. But when you are a higher lvl you sometimes wish you were a noob again cause you dont know where to go and shit. Well thats what i remmeber :( Good times.

Well i gotta say .... playing runescape AND being a member makes the game worth playing. Wow of course has more popularity, better graphics, complex system of combat, and so on .... Runescape is fairly simple in user interface ...

Well anyways, it all depends on how much time is spent on the game.

i guess is wat u look out for in a game cos i personally like runescape a lil more than WOW if u consider them p2p games(runescape membership being included)

there are lotta minigames and the quests arent too shabby

i nvr play WOW b4 but after seeing how my friend played WOW i think i like casual ol runescape compared to WOW

runescape graphics arent too great unfortunately....(the very 1st version was crap now its much better but too bad there are better systems now)

graphics:WOW>runescape
gameplay(pvp):WOW>runescape
money involvement(cost):WOW>runescape(assumtion of quality for money)
goodwill(fame):WOW>runescape
amenities(non fighting activites):runescape>WOW

too bad there are more for WOW than runescape

but my guess is that there are more ppl who like intense gameplay than casual players so they choose WOW instead of runescape

another factor is WOW already has lotta popularity with caracters from warcraft 3 so it is natural for ppl to view WOW in the perspective of their favorite warcraft game and view runescape as a lousy ol browser game

People shouldn't compare Runescape and WOW together, I've never played WOW but Runescape is a simple Java based game, it has limits.

I liked the old RSC graphics was terrible but the good community made up for it, to bad its not like that anymore :(

I wish everyone saying rs has bad graphics would go and try write a game like that in java and say how wrong they were.

WoW definately has a better look to it, and better for hardcore gamers, IMO. But for more casual gamers, I'd say RS is better.

I don't know I like Runescapes storyline better it has about 20 quests that link together in someway creating an immense story of the god wars & the people involved. As well as the lead up to the second god wars which we will be a part of...

RuneScape will be a better game if it dosn't have a lot of people that don't have lives, the ones that ask for BF/GF. And it is very fun when you get to be high LV

i thinks its because wow is more new user friendly and rune scape has a liltle bit of to much people
