You can find someone who is selling p2p codes for kamas (It's not legal) or you can try check advertisment or surveys sites and maybe u will get cash there to pay subscription.

Like Szaryx said you can buy auditional code for like 10k kamas depend on which server but still its no legal. But if you do it anyway always test the code before you give kamas or either you will get scam x)
