I've noticed that if you cannot see the NPC's names above their heads while in the waiting room, you will get disconnected. If this occurs, just simply leave the room and enter again, and it should work! :)

I can see NPC's name, I've tried many times, and sometimes it says:
[Random Music (abm/A_RANDOM)]
File does not exist.
