Q: I have found my name in the winner list. When will I recieved my prize?A: Till the contest get to the end on Nov 9th. We will check all winners in forum and contest page again together, to make sure that all of your infos are completely correct. Then we will report all winners info to the official. Official will send out the prize asap. -------------------------------------------------------

Q: How do i know if i won?
there are two buttons, check the winners, and top 50 players.

Q: If someone win he have to give his e-mail to public
this e-mail can be used to send him spam/keylogger/other stuff
i'm sure admin can see our e-mail so it should be enought to write our game price and login
so pls, take care about our privacy and security!A: There is a way to stop your mailbox from annoy spams. Leave your email in this way: XXXX at XXXX dot com. Use "at" to replace "@" and "dot" replace "." The spam program wont get your Email by Google. That would help you to stop the spams.
Newly Added: Some players wondering that their email will get quite a lot Spam if they post the email address to public. So now after we contact official, only Real Prize need the email, Other virtual dont need to post your email now.

Q: Are the IDs valid for the whole event or are the IDs only valid for the lucky drawing on the day you got them?A: The IDs only available in one day. On the next day, all IDs havent win the prize will be deleted, you need to join in the contest to win new IDs. And if you have win the contest, you also can join in the event to win double prizes in next days.

Q: Some guys are cheating the event using one autoclicker( a bot or smth like ) and get alot of id's. The guy who created this bot plays mu online He writed the program to read the computer memory and some areas of O.S. . With this, he's stealing the accounts from ppl.A: We have got a program to auto delete all bots IDs, all IDs win by bots will be unavailable to win the prize. So don't worry about this.--------------------------------------------------------------
Q: I can't login with "DataBase Access Error".A: Because so many players join in the contest, so sometimes you can't login in. So try again when you meet this problem.
And our programmers are working on fix this up. Maybe update the server of contest or stuff. Sorry for inconvenient.-------------------------------------------------------------

Q: I have a problem i am registered in MMOsite but if i am on the Happy Halloween site there is written login pls. I wrote my username and password pressen login butten but if i click to the quest on the upperside of the site the is written pls log in.A: In order to keep the players info in a safe way. Our contest page use the different Cookie and login system. So that your info will be encrypted. That's why you need to login again when you get in the upperside. Sorry for inconvenient. Q: why don't you just send emails to winners and they have to reply to it to get their prizes ?A: I also wanna to check this. But some of mmositers don't use their more often use emailbox to register in MMOsite. I'm afraid that will make someone lose their prize.

We are preparing a program to submit the info. But maybe someone will misspell their info. So that's why we need a thread to post your info for us to check the right one.

If someone uses an autoclicker they can just set it up over night and get loads of IDs.This isn't fair to the people who actually win their IDs fair and square.I hope there is some way to stop them.
