Hmmmm, GE has verson 3.0 with major updates, while SoTNW is 2.91. Major difference between the 2 publishers is. In Bazaar (cash shop) is different, they sell the same costumes and such, but some things that are different, is in GE they sell promo UPCs, like Battlesmith Idge, while in SoTNW they dont. Also, while GE offers more diverse items in Bazaar, the prices are relatively higher than in SoTNW, they cost the same in general, but SoTNW allows you to buy Premium, which gives you lots of gold and Mystery Boxes. This can only be purchased once a month.

Also, because of the different exchange value, in GE items cost much more than in SoTNW, that is good or bad. Because if you loot items, and npc you get the default resell value, but if you sell it to players, you might get more. It's up to you how you play the market.

And since the versions are different, and with updates, the strenghts of the characters are different, and move UPCs are added. Check a patch note to see what the changes are.

I investigated and Sword of the New World : Granado Espada is the name given to the game in North America... In the rest of the world the game is just known as Granado Espada (for example on Korea, the homeland of its original production team) I'm not sure but I think the North American administrators of the game add "Sword of the New World" to the game's name just to turn it more attractive to occidental gamers. Maybe they have altered some features as Sasame said but in its essence it's just the same game with a little "american" touch
