Well technically a poem doesn't have to have a rhythm as long as its along some sort of parameter... Though I do find the free-style type of poetry type of silly myself, I still stand by that it is still poetry.
What I don't stand by is that even if it is frestyle- that's horrible grammar mate ^.^
And since this is a poetry section: why not.
Does anything matter?
By Kei.
Rip it out
Take it out;
It doesn't matter anymore.
It's an unbearable pain;
Is it what makes me insane?
But yet, I don't think it matters anymore.
Breathe in, Breathe out;
Grip your fist and take it out;
It doesn't matter anymore.
Nothing matters anymore;
And so I spoke nevermore;
shalt it be like this forever more?
Grab your heart and pull it out;
Hold your head together, it's almost done.
Close your eyes, for the beast is out...
As the war torn beasts clatter,
They forget the question that ever mattered.
Does anything matter?
Recently written (last week maybe?) It's not my best but I still think its good. In the end it's weird, might sound like gibberish but it should be thought-provoking.
