I just got a Lv 70 legendary helmet (4 slots) as a reward after killing the Castor boss, Mevsuta.

And I can see some people are wearing a Lv 71 legendary helmet. I can't find this reward item in the quest guide. Can someone tell me where/how to get it?

go to both Loa and Braiken each leaders give there iwn quests.
On 1 u get lvl 70 helmet, and on other u get lvl 71 helmet.

I just focus on the the quests at Loa and never try the Braiken's NPC quests. Think I miss quite a lot of items then.

There isn't much of a difference (If any atall) between rewards from the quests between the 2 cities.
Although the quest itself, may be slightly different.

Don't worry about it, there isn't a major difference between the 70 & 71 helms, most ppl actually stick with the lvl 70 helm till 90+ish, (Socketed with gems etc...ofcourse!)

You'll eventually come across one, or sum1 may be selling one, they're pretty cheap, coz of the fact they're quest items.
