2Moons Second Time Event Ideas Recruiting Thread


Announcement:
Someone think that some of spammer can win the prize.
Don't take care about that.
Once we find the spammers, all his/her posts will be deleted at the first time, if the spammer spam the next time, he/she will be banned from MMOsite.com and loose his chance to win the prize.
You reply such as: thanks, sweet, cool, yep. That's another way to increase your posts, but I will deleted all mindless post. One post been deleted, two posts you will be decreased. So Don't do that, or you will get nothing reply!

We have three ways to make sure that no player can win the contest by Spam.
1: We have got a staff and many active moderator to check all the post during this contest to make sure no spammer can win the prize.
2: When we select out the winners, we will read all their posts to make sure they havent spam.
3: We get a post here: http://forum.mmosite.com/topics/214/200711/15/172,1.html
for players to report the spamers to us. Plz add the spam's link in it for us to find out the spamers.
4: If you have any good idea to stop the spammers plz reply here I will take your suggestion if its available.

◆How to participate:
1. Register to become an MMOsite Member and participate in discussion in 2MOONS forum on MMOsite.

◆General Rules:
1. Contest will begin Nov 14th.
2. The deadline of the contest will be NOV. 28th
3. Winners will be announced on NOV. 30st.

◆Winner Selection:
There will be 10 winners in total. The winners will be selected mainly depending on your active degree in MMOsite’s 2MOONS forum, basically based on the total contest points:
Contest points will be counted in two ways:
1) The number of your posts in 2Moons board during event time. Each Post will add you 1 contest point, main topic will be considered as 2 posts. Please read Forum Rules before posting, and make sure to follow the rules!! Anyone who breaks our rules can loose his chance to win the prize. 2) The number of posts that have been marked as Classic or Sticky. Game preview, review, story, article, news, screenshot, artwork, guide, walkthrough, game tool (plug-in, calculator, etc), exclusive video, game data, and all kinds of other game resources, everything that you think it will help our players has a chance to get stickied or "classified". (Click here to view all our previous classic threads.)

3) All MMOsiters start with zero contest point.

In order to make the contest fair to everyone, only the post recommend by our 2moons staff: Falkner can get 50 contest points prize.

10 winners based on active degree in 2MOONS forum on MMOsite:

1st Prize(1): $100 Acclaim Coins
2nd Prize(2): $50 Acclaim Coins
3rd Prize(7): $20 Acclaim Coins

O.o!!! NICE but admin i have a question.... is it US$100 worth of acclaim coins[10050coins] for just 100 acclaim coins...coz if its just 100 id rather play dead front on 2moons coz theres event there also...

Are you counting points accumulated from the start of contest to end? That seems more fair.

Yep. As I have said, all players contest points in zero from the begining.
We only count the points from the start to the end.
That fair to all mmositers, no matter new members or our original members.

wow that's a lot of $$!! anyway, it's not a really good way of judging a contest this way. you see the forums now, they're full of new topics and like most of them are practically nonsense, for example someone showing off their character (maybe not that bad but still pointless) and on top of that, a reply of "ay..." somewhere below. if that counts in as a post, then everyone would be spamming "ay..."s already! the rules of the contest should be more clear and probably be more strict about posts. i ended up having to scroll a few pages to find the topic i wanted to find lol.

*edit - just noticed the post about the spammer thing, anyway just making my point clear here

Edit:I already see one poster who is just spamming.Although they are spamming it is not that bad for me because normally the replies to a thread may take days.Now the threads are gettting quick replies although it seems there hasn't been much though put into it.Just a bunch of random stuff.

OK great, now I know its fair. I guess the admins can see the points accumulated in a set amount of time (start to end). I think this contest will bring out some really nice guides, and Im actually looking forward to it. I made my leveling guide since I didn't see one that went past 40+ :o

Just answering your question bobkelso, I think that the $100 isn't 100 Acclaim coins , but rather $100 [USD] Worth of coins.
