which gem is much useful, a 5% ice or a 5% lighning or 5% fire for pvp and general use?

For PvP, they dont do much. but for monsters (PvM) I like 5% ice because alot of monsters are not ice resistance at high levels. low levels use lighning or fire.

PvP and PvM they increse your damage, the only way to have lower damage with % gems is if the opposing player has very high resistances.
