Personally i believe that the blue armor belongs to the order and the red/black belongs to the chaos. Since blue represents harmony (in other words order). And the red/black something more destructive like chaos.
It would be very wierd if they would be the other way around.

PNut, liks Hustle said, that's not weird at all, those feather-like things you called 'antenna'... LOL... If you really look into the chinese/mongolia/japan/korea history, those 'antenna' is not unusual, it's worn as a ranking for our ancient worriors. Sometimes for decoration also ^^ hehe... It's worn by some of the most popular ancient war generals. The myths is that, those long feathers were taken from the pheonyx (fire bird, in plain)...

I think archers look pretty cool! Especially at the later stage... Much cooler than others... Well, that's just my opinion.
