I have a orc mage.. at lvl 10 i learn new skills like bolt arow and flame...and my char just raises his hand and no bolt or flame comes out.it will be nice some efects

just on it back

Try take >in Options: SFX: High it will work hade same problem if problem remains try restart game to refresh it.
