when submitting drivers try to give the version as well

Example:
I downloaded the game today and after the client updated and I ran the game it crashes and forces me to reboot my computer.

The above isn't much to go on but as we get more descriptions we will modify these listings and give you a better idea on how to deal with the crashes and better allow you to troubleshoot your system.

Problem:
I've installed the game, I got some drivers for my mobo which increased my graphics capability some.
I pull the game up, and it shows a black screen for about 3-5 seconds, then it simply closes the whole thing, I can see my mouse and everything and move it around normaly before it does.

Tried turning hardware acceleration down, caused Triplex Core error, turning to maximum acceleration causes black screen.

Solution:
Believed to be Lack of Proper Video Card. Will report back when new card arrives and is installed.

Problem:
After double clicking the program you get the start up menu then to start the game you have to click start. Well after I hit start part of my screen goes black then it says "XKernal Error Can't create Triplex core"
Solution:

1)Question: Quest:Old mans pouch & the plate of four gods
You have an Old mans pouch , and The plate of four gods, both quest items, and no idea what to do with them. Currently RC 10, will i get some quest things for them at higher lvl or what?, what to do with them?

Answer:The Secret Solve is in RC 12.Go to Hefei will have a guy give you a quest .Right now you can't do the quest :)

2)Question: stuck behind fence need help at the enterance of the beggars guild

Answer:If you are low level i recommand you to actually recreate your account.If you have a high level,take a print screeen and send to GM :) because until there i guess no cure for it.(If you have 1 please tell us)

3)Question: where to find great thief hua ?

Answer:In the north!search for some stairs and there you have him

4)Question: what do i do with my remaining mastery points?(I have already mastered my sable lvl 20)

Answer:Save them incase they come up with supplemental skills or combination weapons.

5)Question:On the quest about finding the comb for the girl, she tell me to get it off a gravestone. So I did. I killed like all of the grave stone and each of them took me 5 minutes to kill and i still didnt have a comb.

Answer:There's a Buddhist cursed statue to the right of the Hall of Ghosts, only one of them. It has a high defense/dodge, so it may take a while, and getting the item the first time is not guaranteed.
