Its always depend on your whole equipments and build. Even if you are a high level player you can still beat by those in low level if your equips and build really lousy.

Yeah..It depends on your equipment. If low lvl but equipment good, they still can beat high lvls' in pvp .

But champion when built correctly is really a force to be reckon with.

Champion got a better survival rate than crus but also got a good attack if built correctly.

all depends on your eq and build, and your enemy eq/stat. but remember even champ can full con to lvl 64..over lv 64 cant add con anymore. so higher lvl of champ doesnt matter change it
