With effect from 28th February 2008, all players will have to pay a fee of 1500 Rum if they feel that the management should conduct an investigation on their "hacked"/lost items. This is due to the fact there have been numerous cases reported to us whereby players compromise their account info. Therefore, this service charge is neccessary to reduce the amount of cases that could have easily been avoided.


Terms of Investigation:
1. Players will need to have the required fee in their main account for deduction before any investigation will take place.
2. Players can only email us the complaint using the registered email of the main account.
3. Players will need to provide all details in full honesty according to the format found below.
4. Complaint of items hacked/lost for more than 30 days will not be entertained.
5. Hacked/lost items sold to other players legitimately or to NPC will not be return.

Note: Restoration of any kind is NOT guaranteed. While we will make every effort to verify and restore your loss, the decision to go forward with a restoration is entirely at our discretion. If you repeatedly make decisions that result in lost property, we reserve the right to refuse restorations. While we can restore items with random modifiers (Mammoth, Sage, Cardic etc.), we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same modifier you had on your original item.

To protect your account, please follow the instruction closely:

1. Do not share account details with anybody else. (You may not know what your friends especially onlineacquaintance would do for a virtual possession)
2. Do not visit any website that claim to give you free gold or prizes. (There are no free lunches in this world)
2. Do not download any 3rd-party program that claim to help you advance in the game. (These programs often contain keyloggers that will steal your account username and password)
3. Do not accept suspicious file via MSN or email from friends. (These files might contain keyloggers that will steal your account username and password)
4. Use the soft keyboard while playing in a cybercafe. (This is to prevent any keyloggers from recording your keystrokes to obtain your username and password)
5. Check if anybody else is looking over your shoulder while you are logging into our game.
6. Do not give your username or password to any GM as no GMs or staff will ask you for your account username and password.
