I just stumbled upon this today on youtube and it looks kinda cool I guess. They kinda just began testing tho so look forward to this game in december (maybe later >.>).
Features:*Relation status:when you click on a player or NPC it can show how well your relationship is with them (aquaintance, friend, etc.). Also it's sort of realistic, you actually have to say something like "Hi my name is SwordSlayer" for your name to show up on their screen.
*Clothes, Furniture, housing, and all that good stuff.

*you can get instruments and make your own music
*oh and it's a web browser game, which for a browser game it's quite well made in my opinion. Sorta like a habbo hotel in 3D.
