Comparison:
This game would be comparied to very many in the inital game play, one that comes to mind is MUOnline, only playing MUOnline for 5 minutes. And Travia for a while longer, the game had many drawbacks though, one was the camera angle that was more upsetting even with its stunning game graphics. Another game that would come to mind when comparing this game would be Diablo yes the engine seemed very simmilar. Me beign the MMORPG player that I am I had to give it a try, I usually do with most games. The only games that I really never take a second look at are those to cartoony games. You start off with the basics a weapon no armour wich brings to mind every MMO out there cept for the FPS, and the dueling type MMO's. Controls are simillar to most games a click of the mouse and a double click for attacks, F-keys control your skill while the numbers control med's and mana potions. I do like this game however due to its lack luster camera angles that I am sure with time I will beable to figure out how to compensate or even change, the game also allows you to chose full screen or windowed mode for you buys ppl with ICQ, MSN, Yahoo, X-Fire, and all those other great chatting programs.
First impression:
Well to start a game just off reading its contents and looking at screen shots on the main page is leaving alot to live up to, no not really it allows you to really experience a game. From reading the contents and looking at screen shots I was compelled to try it out. Entering the game using my e-mail address and my top secret password was a bit unusual for me, I am use to having my designated log in ID for all games, my e-mail address as a result of my e-fedding days, but I continue to use for the seperate folder that the annoyance of spam goes to. Yes thats right kiddies I use gmail. Anyway my first impression of the game was awe, the graphics being as stunning as they were, buildings actually looking like building and solid at that. I have played games where people glitched into walls or underground in this game that seemes near impossible. The gameplay is a bit confusing at first but I got use to double clicking on the monster before I would attack. One question though, I enjoy playing as either and archer/ranger, why is it that when you chose this class of character you always excpet for one MMORPG I have played have to buy arrows, and or bolts. The skill tree is a bit extensive you have to wait till level 5 before you can learn a new skill and unfortunatly earning money in this game needs to be worked on, your broke all the time only way to make money is by selling your drops to the NPC. Since it is still in beta I am sure that eventually monsters will drop money.
Graphics (8)
The graphics are great the overall design of the game is good, frame rate is consistant and good. The draw back of this game is that the camera angle leaves a lot to desire, I found that if the mobs go off screen when you attack your characters stops attacking the monster you have attacked. It is a 3D game and that is a good thing but like I mentioned before alot of the good graphics of this game are wasted due to the camera unable to be re-positioned even with the right mouse click. Hopefully after a while in beta testing they reformat this to allow a wider camera angle to where you can actually see the expansive a great graphics of this well thought out and planned game.
Sound (8.5)
The sound effects of this game are great, you hear the sounds of the arrows, sword slashes or casting of a spell at your target. The cry of the monster as you hit it. The BMG of the game is just like all bmgs of games it has it korean roots and that is hard for game developers shy away from. I am still waiting for that game where Sum 41 plays the game music. Sometimes like all games I get bored of the game bmg and sounds that I eventually turn them off and leave my windows media player to mix and play the music of my choice.
Gameplay (8)
The game is genuinly satisfying and basic left click to attack and move around, the skill come later in the game but it's definatly a game that should be on your to try list. The short cut keys in the game is something that will take to get use to, two seperate short cut keys being that the F keys control your skills, and the number keys control your potions and teleports. The inital draw back of the game besides the graphical drawback of not being able to see more of the surroundings is the fact that you don't make money from mobs like you are use to in most MMO's. Instead whatever the mob drops you sell to NPC to make money, and in this game even low level tier stuff is expensive.
Community (6.5)
Still in the beta format even open beta the game doesn't have that many actual players in the game itself, I have found that just to get a party going is somewhat of a task. But again the marketing for this game has been very minimal and it seems to be catching on by word of mouth. I am sure that after a while when more people start to join the game the community will grow allowing for more trade and more community envolvement. But I will wait a while allow the game to grow a bit more, and also my level to grow before I try another party.
Value (8.5)
The game has excellent value overall, the game play is basic so most MMO players can hop right in and play extremely well. The ability to add points to your characters attributes allows you to test out builds that will both improve and move ahead the game play itself. I still play this game and would play the game alot more, but I have been involved with alot of testing out of games as of late. Its defently worth a shot even if you don't like the game personally you should atleast give it a shot. The characters availbe for the game are mage, archer, warrior, and cleric.
Unique features (6): The unique feature of the game is you start right off in the middle of a quest that doesn't require you to go out and kill mobs. Also the story the goes along with certian quest and what you find out doing those quest I am sure later on play a sagnificant role int he game. Just wish they had more lower level quest.

Personal rating:
Overall rating: 7
My rating for this game is simply a 7, the basic game play is there, a familiar engine to Diablo nuts. But yet the lacking of camera angles or chaning them lowered my score for this game. I would like to see some major improvements to the camera angles and even include mobs dropping the games hard to get money. I do however recommend for you hardcore MMORPG players out there to atleast give this game a one day trial, who knows maybe you might enjoy the game dispite its drawbacks.
