1.what are they?
2.how many levels should i go for that buffs?
3.how many buffs can i character hold/get? coz i cant buff some other characters even using my buffs to them.
4.is it advisable to learn the debuff skill of the wizard??

Me being a wizard, i think u should get all the buffs except "Resist Intention".Get it if u want for pvp but it doesn't stack with force increase which is a big problem. Lvl up all ur buffs to lvl 20 ASAP too. Some other character won't take ur buffs becasue they have other buffs on that don't stack with urs. I also don't recommend the debuff"weaken" for wiz.

this is wat the person told me,
"Right now the buffs you can get is that Harden buff, Force Increase, Regen, and High Regen I believe. They should all be maxed out. Because you not at the right growth quest, you can only hold up to 5 buffs. I would learn the debuff skill because it's an easy way to gather mobs so you can AoE better."

Note: I play Cabal NA, the top skill rank is Trans. I know u play cabal PH but i dont really know ur top skill rank.

Yeah, get them all and max them ASAP. And as AquaWizard said. Resist Intention isn't a must. However you can get it if you like.

As for debuff it's not really useful, I'd get it for PvE herding mobs. PvP it takes too much time in which you can start a combo and it doesn't make too much of a noticable difference to the enemies damage.
