Using web proxy to play. Read the Proxy Setting Guide.

5, Why can’t I update the client?
The ip is banned by Korean server, so you can't update the game without web proxy. Please using the proxies to update it.

6, My proxy don’t work! I still can’t play game.
There may be many reason for it.

1)You havn’t updated the client yet.
2)Your proxy ip is outdate, click here to get the latest proxies.
3)You havn’t set your proxy program correctly, read the Proxy Setting Guide again.
4)The Game Server is being maintained.

7, How can i delete my charakter? (Korea Server)I want to kill my charakter but it asked for a 6 letter long keyword. i dont know what they want?!
Write down your KSSN! You will need last 7 digits from KSSN for Characters deletion.

Register


1, Where is the Activation code?
You can receive the Activation code in your mail box.
Check your e-mail address which you fill in the register page.

2, When import the e-mail, I keep getting error..

You havn't verified the nickname and username.


Proxy


1,I tried several proxies but when I get into the login screen there's nothing but 2 buttons at the bottom.
1) Directly run the sungame.exe without the updater.
2) Sometimes it’s caused by the IP. Some proxy IP is not very steady. They are free, so the stability can not be ensured. If you find the connect is error, please try other IP, some of them are a little steadier.


Game play
1, I want to take game screenshots, where are they saved?
The screenshots are saved under the folder where you installed SUN.

2, When I’m playing game, it popup a weird message that kick me out of game.

This means the servers got offline or you didn’t close your proxy before playing and proxy has gone down.

3, How do I create a character?
See the video guide, it shows how to enter the game and some basic operation.

4, How to pm/whisper in game?

ok firsh is great this fag :D i have a problem and i see others too, is a problem wich the language all run fine but the words in kr my pc can read then only show scrips /A!$·*¨¨/ like those and i can figure out anyting (ofcourse i cant read Kr too) so it sholud be settle a advise for this :D, thanks and wish luck for everyone

Sorry for bothernig ya, but I ve got problem with client update, always its Update Failed, (it's latest ver of client from offical website) any1 know how to resolve that problem ?

I had the same problem, until I started playing the korean version again. I don't like messing with problems on here; you don't get much of a reply.

GUYS Let me solve all your problems. Come play on TW sun server. It's free, and easier to register than Korean, if you have any questions just ask me (should email me, I don't come on MMOSITE much. EdaPlum@Gmail.com) TW server is good too, I use to have update failure aswell for 3 years than I figured out I've been downloading the wrong client...Holla at me and play with me on TW server I have chinese dictionary so I can understand some stuff
