Tell me what you look for while recruiting members

Well, i ( guild leader ) Recruit on : Active Lvl Kind, Nothing else :)

I go for Trustworthy people, thats why I recruit most people from this forums =P

i like trustworthy ppl and active ppl, and they gotta be talkactive too lol

Active + Trustabilty is Primary Filter !!
Money + Level + Knowledge is Secondary Filter !!

For UN, <<WE>> choose,
1 - Trustablility --> Friends, Friends of Friends, Friends of Friends of Friends.....etc
2 - SP farmers --> More knowledge (mostly 2nd or more char) + Rich + Active + Decided to play until High Level

UN ... kinda nice guild to be with.

I dont look for eny of those... :D

On Alps my guild is STRICLY and danish guild... its a must and no exeptions made.. :D

So... I dont have eny rules regarding lvl, money, activity or enything.. just they are danish.. :P :P

hmm i would go trustability and activness.... yeah got to be able to trust them and also be on a lot so the guild isnt boring :)

My choice is trustworthy, i think that is most important.

as we know, we can't play a game for ever, but the

friendship can.

- Crazy, funky, intellectual and smart
^^ thats all that i look for actually, excluding the basic requirement of being friendly and understanding ^^

I think active and trustworthy is the most important qualities...

- Non - Botter
- Active
- Nice
- Helpful
- High Level
