What are u doing to stop CCF's n botters n ppl tt sell account etc?

What are u trying to do about all those DC n lag?

Shld u get more GM to help out cuz i don see much u GM do ingame?

Do u plan to make event more offen, maybe a mth 1 event or sumting...cuz is really bored kill n kill?

If euro skin is ingame n euro map is up...are we able to play tgt in the sever or not?

Will the game ever hab e ability to marrry ingame etc like sum other mmo?

can u ask them to change how 2 login am sick and tired that am disconect rvery time at least let them not disconect

can we hab a better way of changing our PW cuz i don rmb my ANS to those 2pid Qs...

lots of ppl don really rmb their ans too...so0 once u get hack or accdient let sum1 C ur PW..

id like to ask personally..
1/ Can you stop the DC of client if the server is full & let us keep trying XD
2/ Could you listen to the players of who botters are, & ban them to reduce lag.
3/ Can you recruit GM's from around the world for dif time zones etc
4/ Can you make like an update so that (EG:after lev 30) u cant do 1* trade runs.
5/ Improve the punishment of repeated botters (IP BAN!)

I would love to ask them to make events A LOT more often, that would be really great!
Can we have new pets really soon.

Questions To Ask JoyMax

1. Is there an E.T.A for “Fantasy Odysey SilkRoad” (F.O.S) to come to iSRO?
2. Can you stop the DC of client if the server is full, and implement a sort of waiting system?
3. We all know that you have many updates instored for us which KSRO already has, (Reference Link), Is there and E.T.A on any of these?
4. Will there be any new Pets implemented into the game anytime soon?
5. We know that Bots and CCFers are a majour problem with SRO and other MMORPG´s what are you doing to try and stop BOTS and CCFers?
6. As we know SRO is divided into 3 main parts. Chinese, Euro and Islam. Are there any details or E.T.A on the Islam aspect of SRO that you could share with us?
7. We all know that SRO is one of the worlds most popular games with well over 2,000,000 players world wide. Now that you are recruiting new GMs can we expect more player/GM interaction?
8. As you well know every player enjoys a good Event, however in iSRO we have only been blessed with 3 majour events. Is there a plan to have more events more regularly in the game?
9. There is a lot of confusion regarding whether iSRO is still in a sort of BETA period or if its fully out. Could you please elaborate on that?
10. Finally is there any sneak previews or little teasers about SRO which you can let us in on?

1. Is there any possibilities that small changes such as friends list/mail capacity/emocation/pet's voice will ever be implemented in the future?

2. Botters and hackers are a constant threat to Silkroad or any other game. Will Joymax implement a new way in countering these threats such as new anti-hack program or etc?

3. How can we, as players help the game in combating against these botters? If its via screenshots or report, what procedures or actions that are to be taken if we suspect the player is a bot user?

4. Tell us more about this Fantasy Odyssey Silkroad Online project of yours. What is the uniqueness of it and how does it collaborate with the current Silkroad Online?

5. Finally, there's been discussion and talks about some cool updates which may be true or simply rumors. So basically, we will really like to hear from the officials themselves about some of these major updates that will be implemented in the future.

1) What are your plans to implement a Silk-Based server for individuals can trasfer to if they buy a set amount of silk a month. Also make it a transferable server so people could transfer from pre-existing servers to train there.

2) Is there any plan to implement a better User Interface System? Giants are still a problem with filling up the screen and many users die do to the fact they can't target the smaller creatures attacking them.

3) On the same note will there be any chance of making an autotarget system? A user could press a hotkey and could cycle through multiple enemies that are attacking them.

4) Is there any chance of more people moderating the servers better?

5) Any chance of more events taking place? The GM's haven't made made a huge effort to make server wide events and alot of the players are angered by it.

6) Is there a chance of implementing a team/solo arena system so users or teams of 2-4 could fight other teams/users with a wager of items or gold?

7) Any chance of a sleaker animation and battle system? When people are KD'd while frozen they can't be stabbed but normal attacks still go threw.

8) When is the Gift Coupon system going to be up so we can help our freinds with silk purchases without fear of being banned?

9) Is there a chance of a hightened sound quality for sony surround sound and dolby digital?

10) When is the New Job and gambling systems planned to be implemented? And could you give us more in-depth veiws on how they will work?

I have 2 questions that have to do with logins..


1) Can you make it so the game doesn't turn off when we get disconnected? (This may have been asked before, sorry!)

2) Also, can you make it so that it saves the login id, so that we only have to type in our password?


Would be cool if these get included in interview. ^^

Can you sell yourself in two minutes? Go for it

Ask them:

= R they going to improve their customer service?
- R they going to improve their equipment, lines, maintenace to provide a lag free service?
- R they going to stop DCing all of us on the very login screen?
- R they going to continue updating us to all of those bugs?

BUT most of all... ask them please...
- R they going to treat us seriously and professionally as quite many of us are paying them on silk more than a P2P by month game????...

I'd wish I could get a sincere reply to those and especially the last one, cause really I it is way unfair to pay dearly to constantly receive a lower grade service quality! :(((

And frankly they do not leave much choice but to find another!... :(((

For those who were being blocked by this problem would know how difficult and annoying it is. (Over lvl 60 and got blocked because of buying 200 Silk with Paypal. That is totally insane)
