This is a vital point to gameplay in HoN. If u use this techniques the chances
of winning a game will double or even triple.
So what is this amazing technique?
1. Pull
Pulling only works when u are on the 'long lane'.
For Hellbourne it's Top lane
For Legion it would be the Bottom lane
Pulling means that you go into the jungle spot near your lane and then aggro
the monsters. With the right timing they will follow you into the next creep
wave of ur lane. Your creeps will follow them into the jungle and fight with
those neutral creeps. While they fight u stand there (as supporter) and try to
dmg your own creeps with denieing funtion (press a and target ur own creep
when it is at 50% or lower). Only attack the neutral creeps when u lasthit.
Here is a video (not by me):
The first sequence shows you a classical double pull on Hellbourne:
1. Look at the timer when u can pull (creep wave arrives at the point)
Usually it is about x:14 - x:17 or x:44 - x:47 (x can be any number).
2. At that time u aggro the neutral creeps and pull them to ur lane so
your wave can see them and attack/follow them.
3. For the double pull (pulling your creeps to the next spot you need to
wait till the first creepspot is cleared about half, then u aggro the other
spot and pull them to the first one. When u arrive the first spot should
be cleared just in time, else the creeps won't follow.
The second sequence (0:50) shows you a classical double pull on Legion:
1+2. Same as hellbourne, but u need to be careful not to loose them on
your way to the lane because they will loose sight on you for a short
moment.
3. Here you need to cut down one tree behind the creep spot, else you
can't pull the other creepspot in time.
The second sequence (1:30) shows you 2 special pull on Hellbourne: 1. Either cut down the tree behind the camp before or at x:25 or x:55.
If u choose x:55 (better choice) you will also stack the creeps!!!
2. Aggro the creeps and pull them to your lane. Their are 2 ways you can use.
The rest is jsut simple pulls again and one pull which starts at 3:05 and will
push ur lane, but u will rather not use it unless u need a fast push on their
tower.
Why should I bother and pull? The reason for this is simple. you make the enemies next creepwave push
the lane, so your mate who is on the lane can farm save near the tower.
You yourself get exp and gold from the creeps which are killed by ur own.
And because you aren't on the lane, ur mate who is there gets x2 exp.
Your mate on the lane (who usually should be the carry) gets more lasthits
and thus he gets more gold and can pwn the enemies earlier.
You can also use this tactics to temporarely pull your lane back when
someone from your team (for example your mid hero) wants to gank.
To get exp and lasthits the enemy will have to go further away from their
own tower, which makes it easier to kill them.
The only problem you might have is that one junglespot with creeps isn't
enough to kill ur own wave, so after they finish of the neutrals they will
return to the lane and push.
To prevent this you will need to do stack pulls. I will explain those later.
2. Stack
This technique works everywhere at neutral creep spots except Kongor.
Wait till the timer is at x:52 - x:56. Now attack/aggro the creeps
and run away while they follow you. Till the timer is on x:00.
The respawn system in HoN is working like this:
As long nothing is blocking the area of the creepspot (here in the red
circle), the system will respawn a random group of creeps there every
minute (everytime the timer completes one minute).
By stacking you remove the creeps from their spot for a while so
nothing can block the next creep group spawning there.
So why should i stack?
First off, there is the x2 amount of exp gold to get at the spot!!! Imagine
ur carry with some aoe DMg (Runed Axe) or jsut good farming skills
going into the jungle and getting loooooots of exp and gold at every
creep spot. Especially when you stack the Ancients (Dragons and Dino).
This reason only applies to Mid-Endgame, since most heroes won't be
able to kill so many creeps.
But there is a second reason! As you saw in the Tutorial video about
pulling, you saw a stacked creep spot being pulled on the lane. That
army of neutral creeps can easily destroy a whole creep wave. So they
can't return to the lane and push it afterwards!
Also as supporter you will get more exp and money when you stack pull!
There are also Special ways to stack such as double or triple stack.
If means you can stack 2-3 camps in one go!!!
Here is a video about the triple stack:
Thank you for reading my guide and I hope it will be useful for you. The
tactics may not work on first try and you may have to try several times
till your timing is eprfect, but if you do so, it will be a disatrous weapon for
your team. It is always good to have a carry 3 levels above the enemies
after 15 minutes. :D
on axe i recommend the fast farming guide on youtube
stackig 2 camps at once clearing the easy one for level 2 and then charge the 2nd one and clearing for level 3-4 after that stack hard camp and weaken it with a charge and go back ot easy mdi camp for level 5
then stack hard camp again do it and level 6 at minute 4^^
