Quite some time ago in a different thread, I talked about fw getting Soul Leaf. Today I'll be sharing with you all, the current known ways of obtaining it. If you were high lvl when they obtained it, you might have just logged in and all this free soul leaf was pouring in. There are 2 categories, one time rewards and repeatable ones.
One-time:
Guide: Life in the Harbor - 40 soul leaves
Guide: Nightmare Carnival - 40 soul leaves
Guide: God's Trial - 80 soul leaves
Guide: Learn to Fly - 40 soul leaves
Guide: Faction Reputation - 40 soul leaves
Guide: Trade - 40 soul leaves
Guide: Pet Journey - 80 soul leaves
Guide: Vice and Virtue - 80 soul leaves
Guide: Ghostfang Castle - 80 soul leaves
Guide: Mounted Combat - 80 soul leaves
Guide: Wade's Fishing Hole - 80 soul leaves
Guide: Break the Limit - 120 soul leaves
I have done just about all of these except, ghostfang castle, mounted combat and break the limit. I'll get to them eventually cause these are kind of like normal stuff you go through at least once throughout the game.
Repeatable:
Gauntlet of Storms - random chance upon receiving rewards after each room - 500 soul leaves
Nightmare Carnival - random chance - 500 soul leaves
(higher chances on Saturday)
Advanced Nightmare Carnival - random chance - 500 soul leaves
Master and Apprentice - Soul Leaves awarded for each level of master reputation gained - scales up with each level reputation gained (You'll have about 5000 in all at level 7).
240 Dedication - 300 Soul Leaves obtained in Shylia's Market
Now out of all these the most dependable form is the Master and Apprentice and the 240 dedication. My suggestion is that if you have a good friend online or in the guild and they were making another character you should work out something with them. It's pretty rewarding and not that time consuming. I went over dedication in my previous thread and you can find it here if you want to know how to get dedication.

I'm really glad that PWE is giving a chance for people to get free stuff from the cash shop without spending real money. They haven't went as far as China since you can buy a lot more stuff with soul leaf in the Chinese server like bank and inventory extensions :( but I'll take what I can get..
