This is just a basic guide for both new and veterans on flying :D
This guide will take you through how to fly, how to gain your mount, and how to gain flying lvls and other stuff associated with ath
The Basics
First things first, you must be lvl 25
After you become lvl 25 you must find the Flying Tutor Nadine

I even circled her on the map for you :D
She'll give you a temp 15 day mount but you can buy a permanent balloon mount for 30 soul gold in her shop.
The level of your flying depends on your overall level. The higher your overall level is the higher level flying level you can achieve.

What does leveling your flying level give you?
It will speed up your mount!

As you can see it will increase both your cruising speed and acceleration speed.
Cruising Speed and Acceleration speed are the two flying modes you have.
To toggle between the two modes, simply press the E key or click the button on your flying bar

When you first ride your flying mount, 10% of your mana will be automatically be drained which is why you will not be able to fly if you have less than 10% of your mana.
When using cruising mode, your mana will be drained at a rate depending on the mount you are using. The standard mount drains your mana at 1 point/s. Please note that this only happens when you are moving, It will not drain your mana if you are staying still.
When using acceleration, it will be faster. However, it will drain your flying bar.

In order to replenish your flying points you can either wait for it to regenerate on it's own or purchase a "food" from Nadine's Shop

Leveling
As you might have read above, to level your flying mount simply use it. After you fill up your flying experience bar, go to Nadine and she will ask you for Azure Sky Emblems.
You can get those either in her shop or earn them through the two flying quests available in Freedom Harbor (I shall go over those in a different guide)

Dyeing Your Mount
In fw, you can dye your own mount. If you wish to dye your mount simply go talk to Nadine and you'll see an option for it. Then you'll see a window ike this:

Currently the only dye available is the mysterious dye which gives random colors.

Nadine will give a bunch to you after you first start flying but if you want more, you can gain them through a flying daily quest (which I will go over soon)
:D For the basic balloon mount you can dye the colors of the balloon and the barrow color.

In all honesty, I think that your ground mount will be faster than the flying mount especially at first but there are many advantages of using your flying mount.
For example if you head into a crowd of aggro on your flying mount you will not be attacked :D I find this very handy when farming.
The autopath for flying it's still a little iffy since it follows the ground path but I'm hoping that'll be something that will be fixed later.
