I tried playing without pushing 'ok' button (I just left the error on the screen on turn game through the start bar), so when I tried it I was able to fight with mobs but they were invisible, I mean when I was using skills in place where mobs should be I was getting exp and I was able to go further but when I reached teleport to next stage I got black screen. I've gotten this error only in this dung but I need it to finish my main quest. I've already tried re-installing the game.
Any idea?

I also had problem with char changing but I don't have it anymore, now I can normally change my char. strange :(
Edit:
You was right, I installed the game on my brother computer (with windows 7) I even used same version which I have on my computer and there wasn't any problem with doing dung.
