Recently we’ve received numerous amounts of reports regarding accounts being compromised. The dangers of malware and phishing sites are becoming more apparent. This has become a major concern for us. To reinforce and enhance the account safety and security of your accounts, we’ve decided to take the following measures:
- Reset the password of your account
- Enable Case Sensitive Password
- Enable Account Secret Question System
- More new measures will be implemented in the future
In addition to the measures listed above, we have also made several internal procedures to fortify the safety and security of your account. However, we would like to remind everyone that the security and safety of your account and gaming experience requires you to take the necessary steps in protecting your account.
Please also ensure that your password is strong and secure by using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. Please make sure that your password is unique and not currently being used with other online services.

This is means that all accounts will have to reset all their security info. You can now make it more secure and there will be even more options to protect your account in the future.
