Reapearess=Most irritating class to fight with... in my opinion..

I almost never use auto atk with the bow due to the rly low dmg ( maybe its a big mistake I am rly a beginer) when i am long range i used skill most of the time so i don't understand the 10 point in bow tactitian, is the passiv reduce the cast time of bow skill? or should i use more auto atk? Even if I basique atk more why is it so good to use 10 point in boosting this kind of atk it looks more like a ranger style for me.
