it depends, because i played both blademaster and scout, and i know how to deal with them as a assassin. If you lack experience vs blademaster and scout, bomber shot will help you alot.

Insanley awesome guide, thanks mate. I'm new to c9, and my first and only character right now is an Assassin. I am getting absolutly... slapped in the face in pvp atm lol...but w/e, i'll keep goin at it, Assassin's have the highest potential. I just wanted to ask, i was practicing my combos on Richard (one of the arena dumbys, the same one you use) and.. its like.. every time i get to around 10 combos.. he starts falling faster, almost 2x speed he should. As in.. I do 10 combos.. then i use half-moon kick.. and instead of going all the way up, he just comes down enormously fast...is that due to the fact that im not comboing properly? like.. Im not letting him hit the ground or something?

Its the gravity effect, not many players knows about it. this effect is caused by long combo. the best way to restore gravity effect is to grab the enemy.
you will pbly notice this; for example down heel kick + eagle kick works at the start of the combo, but after awhile you cannot use eagle kick after down heel kick due the distance and enemy fall on floor quicker than usual.

You didn't mentioned it in your guide - What do you think about maxing the fitness masteries?

And btw the number of SP on europe at lvl 50 with all the quests completed is 1047 so its basicly the number you used to make your skill build. So im guessing im lowering the multi shot skill to 12 or 13.

So why you didn't included them in your guide?

because mastery skills are obviously important for every class; skills such as passive def passive hp passive speed.
And i though the skill build picture already show it. there really isnt any class that does well without passive mastery.

In some new guides they all consider getting lvl 15 on grab throw, while urs is at lvl 1.

Would you stick to that lvl 1 grab throw decision?

yes, i would stick with lvl 1 grab, its all up to what you pefer.

When I PvP, I try to initiate with the dash + grab then eagle kick then....

By the way it's really hard to hit with that dash but that is not what I wanted to ask you about,
When I do grab someone we both see the animation after a second or so,
This is a lag caused by my internet connection right?

yeah, enemy's ping will affect your gameplay, sometimes you grabbed them but takes effect after 1second. You would be like oh shyt i just missed, then you actually grabbed and then you dont know what to do even you successfully grabbed the enemy because you think that you missed. Laggy enemy is the worst for an assassin

"Sigh" you weren't kidding when you said be patient and you will die alot.... this is just... insane, im trying to learn these combos... but...holy hell, I haven't learned infinite combo, iv only really learned a (20) hit combo....once it's cds are down im useless... but still, i can't even scratch people in pvp, i thought id ATLEAST be able to get them to half...but omg...assassin's have it effing hard...Do you play the NA Version, ego? id love to spar against some assassin's just learn how they play...and their style..also, how long did it take you to really get the hang of it, iv been trying for a couple of weeks now...and im just getting slapped in the face.. lol.....its really discouraging.

Im glad you get what it mean to play an assassin, im playing EU, main blademaster sub assassin, i simply dont have time to play on assassin because it takes way too much time to get things right. And the lag disadvantage.
funny thing is; laggers doesnt even know they lagging. A rank 8 vietnamese magical taoist escaped my grab by using ground counter; afterward he told me: "Hey didnt you know? you can use counter to escape grabs." And thats the moment i decided to never enter rank games.
Assassin is good; in KR C9 where lags doesnt exist more or less...

"Grab throw + turn slash + Vital Thrust + Down Heel Kick + Lift kick + …"
This combo doesn't work well for me... After "Turn Slash" I can't land "Vital Thrust" %50 of time and even if it hits I can't
land "Down Heel Kick". Is there a trick to it? And by "Turn Slash" do you mean normal one or "Double Turn Slash"?

haha, no problem! keep fighting! Assassin is one of the most time consuming class in C9.
