resident evil online aka the secret world

i been playing secret world . its an epic game but my only problem with it is the resident evil style puzzles .
mixing puzzles and mmo and amazing graphics lol not the best idea
i was about to buy it (but figured id play a few days 2 see how it went ) untill i hit a puzzle at the 50 hour gameplay mark that i could not figure out .
then i quickly put my credit card away .
what is everyone elses opinion of mixing resident evil stlye puzzles in mmorpg's ?
if only it did not have those brain busting solo quest that require 10 hours thinking just to pass i would totally buy it right now !!!!!!!!
i just wanna slice and dice zombies , i dont wanna spend hours and hours figuring out riddles lolz
