Problem, plz help!

When I start Archlord, the game works perfectly, but I can't go to any web page / site... I tried IE, Firefox, Chrome & Opera, but none of them could load any site..
Can someone plz help me?

    ive been having a big problem my character models show up but they are all black like no colours or detail just shadows of my characters. i was running this game a month ago and it worked before pls help:(
