Hello there ! This is my build for my saint which I currently use to just do PVE and nothing else, and my build is strictly personalized to my specifications and I am not sure if this will work with your style but this gives me enough room and skills to maneuver through different situations.
Here's my updated build for PVE
Skill Build
Cleric
Block lvl 5: is more than enough for a saint unless you plan on tanking then boost it more but otherwise if you know you can survive you really won't need it (only use for something you know you cant block [don't use it if you are about to use your ulti])
Charge Volt lvl16: Maxed this since it really does good dmg overall and debuffing a mob 15% is beneficial on your part and other clerics
Slide Step lvl5: Necessary and a must ! No excuses
Mental Training lvl2: Enough for me not to run out of mp and at least gain some as I idle on nests/dungeons and I found this very useful on Sea Dragon Nest (Max it if you must and really need mp recovery)
Heal lvl9: Max and its a must no matter what build you choose to follow (That is why your a priest first of all)
I didn't get counter blow since I would normally roll to the side or back to dodge and I tend to use it more than counter blow when I had it
Priest & Saint
Relic of Light lv12: Max it since this will be your main damage no matter what you say a saint without a totem is rather useless
Blessed of Light lv5: Enough for me to give myself boost and my party members a sufficient amount of light attack and defense (Would Max it but not enough SP)
Protection Shell lv5: This buff is necessary on any situation but due to lack of SP I left it at lvl5 and give at least a good amount of dmg reduction
Striking lv5: Max it no matter what, this will not only benefit you but also others
Relic of Heal lv9: Didn't Max due to lack of SP but lv9 is enough to heal your party members
Holy Bust lv1: This skill is self-explanatory, crowd control
Electric Detonation lv1: Kept at minimum to stutter bosses and mobs when shocked and does deal a good decent amount of dmg
The rest of the skills are kept minimum (except Wand Mastery of course)
Holy Shield lv1: Would take it to lvl2 but the 1% won't really make much of a difference and in nests learn to time it, it saves lives !
All other Saint Skills are all unlocked and self-explained
Gears and Stats
My set is sufficient for Archbishop Hell Nest, saying so I believe its more than enough to do below lvl50 nests (I just want advance jellies![yea its rarer than big wings])
Armors are all +9

3/5 is Intelligence, Vitality and Hp | 2/5 is Agility, Vitality, and HP
Weapons are both +10
Magic Attack, Agility and Intelligence |
Accessories
Full Plague Totem Accessories both Necklace and Earring has Agility, Intelligence and HP
1st Ring has Physical Attack, Magic Attack, Strength and Critical 17%
2nd Ring has Magic Attack, Intelligence, Agility
Herarldy Stats
I bought these plates when they were cheap and fairly easy to find so I probably won't be replacing these anytime soon unless I get lucky
I would say my main damage is Charge Volt and Relic of Light
and Cool down plates for Relic of Heal and Heal (its a lot better than 3% more in my opinion)
