Elodie's lv50 Sniper Party Build (PVE oriented)

I call this a party build because it's featured by the maxed Bull's Eyes at lv11. At this level, the target's Ranged Defense is reduced by 60%. (For experiments of this skill plz c this thread post #500.)This debuff works for party members too as long as they use ranged skills. All magical skills are considered as ranged skills.

it's too weak at lv1 and i abandoned it

really? i was gonna get it when i had my crit set, that made me change my mind if its weak, wish i have an unlimited reset scroll so i can test haha thanks though <3 ill stick with my pure build.

it's weak at lv1, if u c the other sniper builds on this forum, they are having guiding shot at lv7, it'll be much stronger.
personnally i decided to invest sp in arrow shower and bull's eyes.

what im confused about is the whole fact that you have a high crit build right? so why bulleye? i mean how often do you non-crits? is it really that often?

Well, she mentioned that this build is a party build, its not necessarily that she's the one who'll benefit from it, as like a non-crit folk like me, this buff is very useful party-wise.

i agree with chryses,
the character Chryses himself is a full support saint so i guess he understands this build better.

the point of my party build is to maximize the dps of the whole party,
by (I) increasing the chance of doing critical hits and by (II) boosting the dmg of non-critical ranged hits.

(I) In order to maximize the chance of critical hits
i use a cross bow + a wind surfix quiver.
a cross bow shoots 3 arrows at a time, and each arrow has a chance of 10% to trigger the wind quiver weapon effect,
when the weapon effect is on, the target's critical resist will be reduced by 50%, this effect lasts for 5 seconds

(II) And the skill Bull's Eyes is designed to boost the dmg of all non-critical ranged hits.
if u read my post linked in the introduction of my build,
u'll c that in the test, the lv11 Bull's Eye enhanced the non-critical ranged dmg on its target by 50%.
it therefore boosts the whole party's non-critical ranged dmg significantly, ensuring the party's dps.

I too believe bull's eye has been underrated because DN is too focused on solo play, and SS aren't needed everywhere. But I have a few question you may be able to answer. Do bull's eye stack, if not, what happens if someone else casts it on the same monster. Does theirs replace the previous buff? And what more do you know about ranged attacks, do moonlord's magic tree consider ranged, and what about some of priests' skills like lightning bolt, chain lightning, lightning relic, etc? Would it work on any paladin's skill since I guess the only time SS will be useful will be in sea dragon nest, just wondering how much it will benefit them. Thanks.

is it only me or the skills pictures (screenshoot) is not working since last maintenance?

I think Bull's eye don't stack. the later one will replace the earlier one.

I actually didn't do test on what's ranged atk. As i imagine, the atk that you need to contact the enemy with a wpn or any part of the character's body are melee attacks lol.

I noticed you don't use Sylph's Aid :P Is there any reason for this?

Is it worth leaving Sylph's Aid at level 1 bcos' of SP restrictions at Level 40 cap? (I'm playing DN SEA) If it isn't worth it, I might just ignore Guided Arrows and invest the remaining SP into Sylph's Aid. Many thanks for any advice!! :)
