Dragon Nest KR 24th Sept Update Note

Citadel of Erosion

New instance where players can transform into monsters.
Required : Level 60
Party: 1 - 2 players
Weekly clear count: 2 times




Skill Changes

Paladin
1. Divine Ascension
(PVE) Consume 1 counter to cast. CD change to 2sec. Damage increase 50%
Lv11: 693%+24394

2. Divine Vengeance
(PVE) Consume 1 counter to cast. CD change to 2sec. Damage increase 50%

3. Elemental Aura
(PVE/PVP) Fire, Light, Ice elemental attack increase. (elemental defence removed)
Lv5: 30% elemental attack increase

4. Conviction Aura
(PVE/PVP) Fire, Light, Ice elemental defence increase. (elemental attack removed)
Lv5: 24% elemental defence increase

5. Stance of Faith
(PVE/PVP) Generate 5 counters when cast.

Note:
Block counter = Bubble = the thing which you get normally under block/stance of faith after
getting hit



Guardian
1. Stance of Faith EX
(PVE/PVP) Generate 10 counters when cast
(PVE) During the stance, Divine Vengeance & Divine Ascension can be used without being hit.

2. Guardian Force
(PVE) CD change to 5sec

3. Justice Crash
(PVE/PVP) Change to light-elemental
(PVE) Damage increase
Lv11: 1356%+65720

4. Divine Punishment EX
(PVE) Continuous damage to surrounding enemies increases. Increases moving speed.
- 84% damage (from 42% damage), movement speed +20%

Alchemist
1. Injector
(PVE/PVP) Change to dark elemental. Grant i-frame during charging.
(PVE) Damage increase. The HP recovery effect is removed and replaced by movement and attack speed buff to party members.
- Lv14: 38% attack & movement speed increase, duration 5sec.

2. Disease
(PVE/PVP) Plague effect is changed to Poison status.

3. Poison Break
(PVE) Damage increase due to bubble is boosted.
- 5 bubbles increase 200% damage.

4. Mixed Infection
(PVE) Consume bubble to cast. Damage increase
(PVP) Will not generate more Bubble.
- 5 bubbles increase 200% damage.

5. Poison Pool
(PVE) Damage increase

6. Poison Charging
(PVE) Damage increase

- Lv20: 653%+21117


7. Summon Slime
(PVE/PVP) The casting priority for the poison and ice attack will be modified, such that useful skills will be cast first.
- 2 bubbles = fire attack; 4 bubbles = poison attack; 6 bubbles = ice attack.
- AI has been improved.

Physician
1. Injector EX
(PVE) Reduce the AOE of additonal hit. Increase final damage of party members.
(PVP) Increase self-healing effect; remove healing effect to party members.
- Lv14: 38% attack & movement speed increase, increase final damage 50%, duration 5sec.- FD 50% increase only applies to party members, NOT yourself.

2. Disease EX
(PVE) Duration of Plague increases. Plague status increases the damage of certain skills.
- Poison Pool & Poison Break 100% damage increase
- Plague effect is only added for the EX version of the skill.

3. Heal Shower
(PVE) CD is reduced. The number of debuff cured is reduced.
- CD is reduced to 25sec from 60sec.

4. Love Virus
(PVE) The duration of damage increase effect is boosted.
- Duration becomes 15 sec (max) (phy + mag dmg debuff 36% at max lvl)

5. Chemical Harmony
(PVE) Add new effect: when injector land hits, the CD of injector is reduced. Injector generates Bubble when used.
(PVP) Injector generates Bubble when used
- Injector CD is reduced by 8sec as a result of this passive.



Bringer

Chakra of energy
(PVP) Cooldown increased to 35 seconds. HP healing amount reduced

Healing of Chakra
(PVP) MP healing removed. Super armor reduced

Pact of Ajna
(PVP/PVE) Summon cats are no longer able to ignore skills (i-frame removed), changed to high super armor summon

Light Fury

Sunshine Spark Ex
(PVP) Cooldown changed to 40 seconds. Damage range,damage,super armor break reduced

Chakra of miracle
(PVP) HP healing amount reduced

1. Injector
(PVE/PVP) Change to dark elemental. The hit during frontal charging is removed.

I thought it was an additional iframe?

    Chaos, isn't it Divine Punishment EX (level 32 skill) on the Guardian section of the translated patch notes and not Divine Vengeance EX?

    A few questions:

    Would you say this means more changes will be announced tomorrow?

    2. Under Chemical Harmony- "(PVP) Injector generates Bubble when used"

    Injector already generates bubbles when used. Could that have been an error? Maybe I'm misunderstanding.

      Are the counters you get from Stance of Faith Guardian Bubbles? ot is there a new counter for the counter attacks?

      Counters are called "bubbles" in other servers like DNSEA, so that means that Stance of Faith EX gives 10 bubbles once cast, as well as the bubble consumption of Divine Ascension and Vengeance.

      I really like the change to the auras, but it's kinda sad that it misses dark%. Would be a lot more interesting if it increased ALL elemental atk/def since, you know, it's called elemental aura...

        Well, the way I see it, they made Divine Ascension and Vengeance bubble-consuming so it will be available for both Paladin classes. Crusader can cast Stance of Faith solely for Divine Ascension and Vengeance-spamming (not sure if this is what the devs are after). Guardian Force should consume two bubbles, so there's your 10 bubbles from SoF EX. And a 5-sec CD should mean something for parties, at least (buff-clearing mechanics, though).

        Data is out. Went and did a preliminary translation myself. Using NA names. >_>

        - Elemental Aura: Fire/Ice/Light Attack +30%
        - Conviction Aura: Fire/Ice/Light Resist +24%
        - Stance of Faith: 5 tokens after use
        - Stance of Faith EX: 10 tokens after use
        - Divine Ascension: Board damage doubled. Lv. 17 is 850% + 66573. CD of 2 seconds.
        - Divine Vengeance: Board damage doubled. Lv. 14 is 868% + 56393. CD of 2 seconds.
        - Falling Angel: Now a Light elemental skill. Board damage increased. Lv. 13 is 1405% + 77467.
        - Divine Barrier: CD of 5 seconds, but not exactly? Barrier durability increased to 330k. I don't understand the rest.
        - Divine Punishment EX: Damage inflicted to surrounding enemies doubled. Movement speed +20%.

        - Injection: Now Dark elemental. I-frame while casting. Provides a 40% action speed buff for 5 seconds.
        - Injection EX: I can't figure out what's going on here. There's a 40% and a 50% value here. Is the FD boost 50%?
        - Disease (I think?): Now does 200% damage with 5 bubbles.
        - Poison Pop: Now does 200% damage with 5 bubbles.
        - Toxic Twirl: Board damage doubled. Lv. 20 is 653% + 21117
        - Love Virus: Debuff effect is now +36%?
        - Heal Shower: CD REDUCED FROM 60 -> 25 SECONDS
        - 65 passive: Two new effects. After using Injection, get 3 bubbles. After using Injection, lower CD to 8 seconds? Or reduce CD by 8 seconds?

        With these values, Physicians will most likely be the healer of choice for damage oriented parties. Her main weakness of no damage reduction has not been remedied, people who run Volcano will know why that is relatively important for wild parties. Adepts will most likely have to pick up Injector if the action and movement speed increase is tied to level.

        I can say Guardian is fun if what you are gonna do with him is just solo a dungeon due to the lack of offensive skills, while it's fun if you are gonna do solo on Infinite Formido. Maybe with this update, Guardian can be more fun in dungeon with the new SOF EX.

          Hmm, ever since I've decided not to raid (for now anyway), my DN life is mainly just levelling, testing and soloing. I don't really mind if the character is fun enough to get on for a spin now and then. I hardly play my Gear Master after spending effort into gearing her... too boring for me. ^^

          My cleric is already 46, so he can class change any time. I might study the Paladin class when I have the time... Thanks for your feedback =)
