DN KR 16th July Update Note


Volcano Nest

Artillery Skill Changes



1. Extension Arrow EX
[PVE] After the arrow explode, generate an Extension Core at the site of explosion. Only 1 core can exist on the field at any time, last for 60sec.

2. Swift Shot EX
[PVE] If Extension Core exist on the field, press/hold “Back” while casting Swift Shot EX and the arrows will be shot from the core. The core will not disapppear after using Swift Shot; the duration of the Extension Core will be refreshed. The additional hits from EX cannot be used in this manner.

3. Guided Shot
[PVE] Damage increase

4. Guided Shot EX
[PVE] Amount of arrow and explosive AOE increase by 30%. When magical type arrow skills deal critical damage, gain a layer of "Fatal Guided" Buff. When the Fatal Guided buff reaches 20 layers (max), within 5sec, you can cast "Fatal Guided Shot" which deal 200% of normal Guided Shot.  CD 5sec (independent on the CD of original Guided Shot).

Stun Shot -  CD change to 25sec [PVP]
Fake Shot - CD change to 15sec [PVP]

Spirit Boost - Duration reduced [PVP]

Tempest
Double Somersault Kick (EX) - Reduce % and + damage [PVP]; Superarmor break decrease [PVP/PVE]
Spiral Vortex EX - Superarmor break decrease [PVP/PVE]

Wind Walker
Rising Storm (EX) - Superarmor break decrease [PVP/PVE]

Sorceress
Toxic Spray - Superarmor break decrease [PVP/PVE]

Protection Shell : Damage reduction reduced [PVP]
Engineer
MM Ice/Cannon/Gattling/Chainsaw Tower: CD changed to 12sec [PVP]

Screamer
Chain Claw - Reduce % and + damage [PVP]

Dark Summoner
Base mag attack in Balance mode increase.

Dancer
Elegance Storm - Reduce % and + damage [PVP]

Bringer
Illusion Strike - Superarmor break decrease [PVP/PVE]

Ripper
Izuna Drop EX- Last hit damage increase [PVP/PVE]

Bug Fix (translated by chikitani)
Relieve: Changed so that can be used during 'airborne' and 'down' state.

Great Wave: Changed so that upon inputting key (doesn't say mouse or which key), an extra blade can be fired.

Moon Blade Dance EX: Clarified the explanation of the tooltip.

Rising Storm: Fixed the problem where the dmg was higher than listed in tooltip.

Meteor Swarm: Fixed the problem where invincibility was not being applied immidieately after use.

Laser Cutter Ex: Changed a bug where the ex effect was not being applied (PVP)

Freeze Shield: Apparently wearing MP cost reduction plate increased MP cost for Freezing shield? They fixed that.

Judgment Hammer: Clarified the tooltip.

Justice Crash: Changed the tooltip (Stun -> Lift)

Judgment Hammer EX: Changed the bug where judgment hammer ex could dmg invincible monsters when returning to the caster.

Relic of Cure EX: Fixed the bug where the skill could be used during 'Airborne/knockback/paralyze/cancel/lying down' states. (So presumably you can't use them in these states anymore)

Changed the bug where your auto attack would attack based on your costume's weapon instead of actual weapon.

.Wax: Changed bug where skill lvl 1 would not apply the effect.

Quick Shot: Changed the bug where the skill effect could not be seen when 'Delight Cannon' was equipped.

Reload: After using "spanner smashing", fixed bug where this skill effect did not work properly.

Specter of Pain: Fixed the bug where the debuff effect would not apply after 3 stacks -> explosion effect.

Shadow Focus: Fixed the bug where the effect would break if used when there are no targets.

Sunshine Spark EX: Fixed bug where if you used while during 'healing of chakra', the cd would not start.


Other Changes

* double clearance reward bonus is applied to first 3 clears of the nest
* 80A Ladder Armor set released
* L-gear potential code will not drop anymore ; old L-grade gear cannot be crafted anymore; L potential code can only be exchanged from Goddess Sigh Shop.

    Meteor Storm bug reminds me of Gear Masters Mecha Duck iframe, tho that was removed and not more added to it. But I'm wondering if it can ignore stomp mechanics, we actually float but since those mostly ignore iframes, welp.

    I don't know if I want to like the Artillery changes, seems like it is made for those who never dared to get closer than maximum range to any boss. Swift Shot EX full hit on 10 meter range, yay, idiot proof.

    The first PvP nerf in like 2 years and something like Roll Attack nerf is unreasonable xD

      I don't really get the "Harmonize" skill.
      If I have 2500 agi, 200 str, 500 int; it'll all turn into 2500?
      If that's how the skill works, isn't it a bit op?[SMILE=6]

        sorry not a member but intended to give my opinion..
        actually rolling attack is damn painful if reached full hits, especially the EX version (yes, i use destroyer)
        a lv 11 rolling attack EX can dish half of a sorc's HP, i cant imagine the destructive power of RA EX when reached lv 16

        I'm not too sure about those three bug fixes. I can't tell if they're adding stuff or removing stuff, given what each of the skills are currently capable of.

        - Meteor Shower: Given an i-frame? Or did the previous patch give it an i-frame by accident and the devs are now removing that?

        - Relieve: Was usable in mid-air/paralyzed state since forever. Either they're removing it, or did the previous patch make it unusable in mid-air, and the devs are giving it the ability to do that again?

        - Cure Relic EX: The skill was NEVER usable in mid-air/paralyzed state in the first place, which is the thing that makes me call into question what they're doing for the other two skills. So that implies the devs are giving it the ability to do so, which means GG, Saints just gained a ton of utility in PvP.

        However, the previous patch DID cause it to no longer function as a relief-type skill when frozen or under time stop, at least in PvE. So maybe what they meant is that they're fixing this instead.

          Meteor Storm had an iframe before the meteors were actually fallen, now the whole skill will be iframed.

          Relieve can't be used midair or while paralyzed after this patch, which removes Gladiators utility to cast Evasion Slash midair, unfortunately very bad for Mercenarys.

          Cure Relic EX can be casted midair if you binded by para bolt, one of your Saints in NA is utlizing it iirc and Zeplic complained about it, ask them if you want to see it.


          @36.*.*.86: It is their only skill which does good damage, compared to other classes still pathetic tbh. Stomp, Demo First, C.Swing, P.Swing, F.Swing, C.Bomb all do barely any damage at all and if you time your AE with Roll Attack you can dodge most of their incoming damage.

          Something like MBD, CC EX or a shitton of other skills deserve to be nerfed, Roll Attack doesn't.

          the way i wrote, may be is abit misleading....

          Oh, right. I knew about Cure EX being usable if binded in knockback state. I don't remember it working in lift or knockdown state though, or at least it didn't when we last tested it about 4-5 months ago.

          Devs should have been more specific, because that doesn't work under other debuffs like Time Stop.
