The following info on Lencea skill description stated in 16th July DN KR update note is translated by chikitani.
Stand against injustice. Never forget pride. To carry on the will of her father and the brotherhood a girl lifts a spear. The eighth character, the Lencea's story starts
Lencea -> Piercer -> Flurry / Sting Breezer
Base Class: Lencea Become the strangely charming spear-bearer Lencea to passionately put down your enemies.
Though the Lencea's cute and restless personality make her seem a weak girl,
She zealously punishes those who threaten justice and peace with her spear.
Switch swiftly to a defensive stance. While in this stance, block enemy attacks and dash forward while parrying their attack. This skill can be used during any skill by pressing the jump key (space).
Lv1: Phy dmg 237%+52
Harmonize (Lv35 party buff)
Turn STR, INT, AGI of yourself and all your party members into the same number, whichever highest among the 3. The stats is based on your own stats. Duration 60sec, CD 5min.
1st Advancement: Piercer A Piercer that freely wields a spear larger than herself like its a part of her body, you'll never escape from her movements
Erratic Power CD 0sec.
After use, bring forth a strength that raises your abilities to its limits, increasing attack speed, movement speed and final damage.
You gain 1 Fatigue per every 2 seconds as you are using the skill. Upon gaining 10 Fatigue. you will be beset by intense fatigue, lose 20% of HP and become Powerless whereby attack and movement speed are reduced by 30% for 10sec.
If you stop the skill before becoming powerless, you lose 1 fatigue per every 1 second.
The moment you become Powerless, all Fatigue will be removed and you are unable to use skills requiring fatigue.
Lv1: attack and movement speed increase 10%, final damage increase 30%
Lv6: attack and movement speed increase 15%, final damage increase 55%
Generate 2 Fatigue upon casting. Create a 3m force field which grant a buff to increase the attack of all allies within the AOE. Force field duration 10sec; buff duration 5sec.
Lv1: magic and physical attack increase by 20%.
Lv5: magic and physical attack increase by 40%.
Generate 2 Fatigue upon casting. Create a 3m force field which grant a buff to reduce the dmg taken by all allies within the AOE. Force field duration 10sec; buff duration 5sec.
Lv1: 20% dmg reduction
Lv5: 28% dmg reduction
Lift yourself up with weapon to evade enemies' attack. While casting, press "Normal attack" to jump towards the ground to attack enemies and knock them up into the air. While casting, press "Special attack" to evade and jump forward.
Generate 1 Fatigue upon casting. 0.3sec i-frame after casting.
Lv1: Phy dmg 288%+682
Press "normal attack" to charge forward and stab the enemies twice.
Lv1: Phy dmg 227%+123
Lower the spike to the ground and launch 8 magical spike towards surrounding enemies. While casting, press "normal attack" to trigger the explosion of the magical spike and deal additional damage.
Lv1: Mag dmg 166%+251; the magical spike deal mag dmg 83%+126 per hit.
Strike the frontal enemies with your weapon and immediately jump to land another blow.
Lv1: Phy dmg 581%+80

After stabbing forward with your weapon, withdraw your weapon to pull your enemies towards you.

Spinning Cut Down
Lower the body, charge Chi at your weapon and sweep the ground to deal damage to surrounding enemies. Press Normal-attack while charging to unleash the attack immediately. Charging the skill increases the damage and AOE.
Lv1: Stage 1 charging - phy dmg 608% + 364, aoe 2m; Stage 2 charging - phy dmg 1217%+728, aoe 3.5m; Stage 3 charging - phy dmg 1825%+1092, aoe 5m.
Lv16: Stage 1 charging - phy dmg 878% + 44213, aoe 2m; Stage 2 charging - phy dmg 1755%+88425, aoe 3.5m; Stage 3 charging - phy dmg 2633%+132638, aoe 5m.
While spinning at high speed, jump forward and strike down on the ground, causing enemies to be knock up into the air. 0.4 sec i-frame when casting

Move forward to attack surrounding enemies and enter "Standby Stance". Additional attack can be executed while in Standby Stance. Maintain Standby Stance for 0.5sec or longer can reduce the skill CD by 2sec.
While in Standby Stance, press Left-click to cast spinning slash again and enter Standby Stance again. This can be repeated up to 2 times. The last spinning slash reduces the skill CD by 2sec.
While in Standby Stance, press Right-click to charge up and release a large frontal AOE attack to knock back enemies. The damage will increase according to the number of times spinning slash has been used. Each spinning slash increases the damage of the charged attack by 100%.
Fling Sky (lv40 Ultimate)
Jump up high with spike and crash down to deal shockwave damage to surrounding enemies.
Enemies hit by the shockwave are inflicted with "Vulnerable" status, which reduces phy defence by 10%. Duration 5sec.
Lv1: Phy dmg 2317%+26748
Lv2: Phy dmg 2854%+37560
Every time you click the attack button, attack the enemy by spinning your weapon while retreating backwards. Can be used 3 times, when you spin your weapon, a afterimage of your weapon appears and flies forward to attack your enemy.
Lv1: Mag dmg 12.2%+2. Afterimage Mag dmg 12.2%+2 per hit, duration 3sec. Max 10 hits
Lv16: Mag dmg 19.6%+468. Afterimage Mag dmg 19.6%+468 per hit, duration 3sec. Max 10 hits
Lv19: Mag dmg 20.2%+606. Afterimage Mag dmg 20.2%+606 per hit, duration 3sec. Max 10 hits
Concentrate magical aura at the tip of the spike for awhile. When it is fully charged, a magical spike is launched in the frontal direction. Upon striking a target, deal explosive damage to surrounding enemies. Deal 100% additional damage to the target at the middle of the explosion and knockdown.
While casting, you can press "Normal attack" to trigger the explosion at the tip of the spike.

Jump up into the air, summon magical spike and hurl it towards the ground. The spike stays on the ground and explodes after 8sec.

Jump forward while spinning at high speed twice and dealing damage to enemies. Can be cast in air by pressing forward key x 2 or Shift+front key.

Spinning the spike rapidly and charge up magical aura before swinging and launching a large magical afterimage to the front.

Lv13: Mag dmg 1067% + 31744. Afterimage deal 106.7%+3174 per hit, max 10 hits, duration 3sec.
Champagne (Lv40 Ultimate)
Generate a magic curtain which buffs own Light ele attack while staying in the AOE; the curtain lasts for 15sec. Light elemental.
Lv1: 2085% + 34772, Light attack + 20%
Lv2: 2568% + 48828, Light attack + 25%
Piercer Skill Explanation: The core of Lencea's combat style is the skill [Erratic Power]. By using toggle abilities, Lencea is able increase her movement and action speed, as well as increase damage dealt to enemies. However, because this ability requires a large amount of energy, Lencea continuously gains fatigue. If, adventurers in their greed gain excessive fatigue, then Lencea falls in a temporary state of powerlessness, losing HP and having sharply reduced action and movement speed. Fatigue is slowly reduced as you don't use skills, so those adventurers that carefully pace their fatigue can become the top dealers (DPSer).
2nd Advancement: Flurry The Flurry that attacks with the wind's swiftness and persistence, her attacks transcend being simply splendid and become miraculous.
Unguided Point (lv 65 Passive)
Every time you attack, you have 5% chance to inflict Vulnerable status on your targets for 2sec.. During this time, Spinning Skewer does more dmg on crit.
Spinning Skewer (lv 45 Skill)
Backflip and kick the target into the air, followed by lance attack. When the attack lands on target with Vulnerable status, deal 1000% additional damage.
The casting animation has 0.3sec i-frame.
Lv1: Phy dmg 552% + 6416
Lv4: Phy dmg 633% + 17135
Rough Sweep (lv 50 skill)
Charge while sweeping the ground with your weapon, stop in place and lift the enemy into the air. During dash, if you press [regular attack button(leftclick)], can lift the enemy immediately, but damage will be reduced by 50%.
Each charging hit deal 1% more damage, max 8 hits.
Lv11: 1275% + 44001
Shutter Bounce EX
Strengthen Shutter Bounce. The damage and last attack AOE increase by 30%.
Stab Screw EX
Strengthen Stab Screw. Damage increase 30%. Attack AOE increase. Target's crit resist reduces by 20%, duration 15sec. Superarmor break increase during charging.
Spinning Cutdown EX
Strengthen Spinning Cutdown. Damage increase while charging; after charging, perform a huge AOE frontal swing with right-click to launch enemies into the air. 1st Stage charging deal 150% damage, 2nd stage charging deal 300% damage.
Spinning Swing EX
Increase the spinning swing slash by 2 times. The CD reduction effect of the last spinning slash is increased to 5sec. The AOE of finishing slash is increased.
Rough Sweep EX Strengthen Rough Sweep. Charging Distance increase; lifting attack generate an additional frontal shockwave.
Within 5m, the shockwave deal additional 15% damage
Within 10m, the shockwave deal additional 30% damage
At the longest range, the shockwave deal additional 100% damage
Flurry Skill Explanation:
Physical Attack DPS, charges between enemies, etc. Uses passive Unguided Point and Stab Screw to deal explosive damage.
2nd Advancement: Sting Breezer The Sting Breezer who strengthens magical weapons, enemies who believe that the blade of her spears won't reach them are mistaken.
Magic Attack Point (lv65 passive)
Increase own magic attack by 30% for 2sec after each successful magic attack hits.
CD 5sec, light elemental
Fire a globe filled with light energy to deal damage to the target. Damaged enemies have reduced Light Resist, and are marked as a target for magical afterimages. When a target is marked, all magical afterimages on the ground fly towards the target and explode. Additionally, the impacted area near the enemy that was hit buffs the Light Elemental Attack of allies in the area.
Lv1: 265% + 2651, increase 10% light atk, reduce 10% light resist, duration 10sec
Lv6: 367% + 14426, increase 20% light atk, reduce 20% light resist, duration 10sec
Poking Beehive (lv50 skill)
CD 20sec, light elemental
Summon a magical spear in the sky, and drop it in front of you. The magical spear summons a whirlwind that pulls in nearby and then pulls enemies airborne with it as it rises.
Lv1: 2222% + 36763
Lv13: 3011% + 129651
Hovering Blade EX
Strengthen Hovering Blade. Become Light elemental. 30% dmg increase. Increase duration of Afterimage.
Left-click to launch strengthen hovering blade, 30% additional damage per hit. Afterimage duration 8sec. Deal explosive damage equal to full damage of 10 hits.
Right-click to launch piercing hovering blade (dmg same as strengthen hovering blade), which will travel back to the caster after piercing a target. Max 10 hits.
Slipping Hand EX
Strengthen Slipping Hand. Become Light elemental. 30% dmg increase.
Piercing Spike EX
Launch another spike. Become Light elemental. Damage increase 100%.
Denting Blows EX
Strengthen Denting Blow. Become Light elemental. Increase duration of afterimage to 8sec. After casting the skill, press "normal attack" to launch another afterimage. The first afterimage deal the full damage of max hit upon contact with targets. The 2nd afterimage deal 50% damage of the first.
Poking Beehive EX
Strengthen Poking Beehive. Increase suction area and float enemies higher. Damage increase 30%. The skill also causes the Piercing Spike nearby to explode and deal 200% explosive damage.
Sting Breezer Skill Explanation: Same as above, Light Elemental Magic Attack DPS. Is easier to control than Flurry, can use Hovering Blade without worry of missing, since arcane focus can change the missed blades into homing attacks that promise to deal high dmg.
A new base class/job, Lencea will be released in Dragon Nest Korea in 16th July 2014. Some Lencea skill names have been found in DN KR client and shared by Ireku in duowan forum. The list is incomplete and contain error; the real update content might differ.
Lencea is a class with both physical and magical attack, much like archer and swordmaster. The stats weight:
From the info available so far, Lencea is a non-elemental class. However, one of her magical 2nd job advance convert her skills into light-elemental. Some of the skills required counter accumulation (similar to bubble/phantom of alchemist or the bullet of the revamped shooting star) before they are used.

As of KDN v353, 2 July update (I haven't found any reference to chinese translated patch notes), more information on Lencea has been data-mined. Not sure if Chaos will be working on it, I'll do some preliminary translation for now.
ED has apparently removed Flow Maker and Flip Dive.
Added an aura and some magic attack skills (^^)
At the same time, Lencea's self buff has been changed to a party buff
The need to stack counters have been removed
ED is still very aware of Shooting Star's torment (Sieg: I got no clue??)
Can heal, boost movement/action speed, high natural def and attack
Yes, can be said to be an invincible class
Piercing Spike - Can be used both on the ground and in the air
Will Maker - Buff (Self + Party): Reduced magic and physical damage (Sieg: taken I assume)
Erratic Power - Aura (Self): A myriad of abilities, those identified as of now are action speed boost, movement speed boost, magic final damage, physical final damage (the latter two are similar to Sniper's Cheating Point)
Erratic Limit - Buff+Debuff: Action and movement speed boost, %HP Recovery (based on max HP, a.k.a similar to Chakra of Energy)
2nd Job Advance (Phy)
Spinning Skewer - Can be used in many situations (Glad's Evasion Slash and Kali's 束缚 [should be that evade skill, eng name which I can't recall]). After executing the skill, Lencea enters another state, similar to Assassin's Izuna Drop's effect (Sieg: I know it isn't all assassins, just translating...)
Stab Screw EX - Reduces enemy's crit resist
Unguarded Point - 65 Passive, same type as Screamer's
2nd Job Advance (Mag)
Arcane Focus - Similar to wax, (that blue bubble thingy from acads, I don't know the eng name), can act as both buff/debuff: Increases light attack, reduces light resist
All the EX show light elemental conversion (same vein as the chasers' EX). Piercing Spike EX's description is the same as above.
The 65 passive seems to differ from the Phy type, being an effect on self instead.
The list at the bottom are the crafting options for skill+1 accessories.
Keep in mind that the information is not final!! Erratic Power and Erratic Limit just screams half done to me. I can't see the point of giving both Phy FD and Mag FD when you can just give one similar to Dancer's? Doesn't make sense, probably a work in progress.
